My shopping experience at Best Buy can be a bit of hit and miss depending on the date. During this particular visit, I was pleasantly surprised as it seemed like everyone was having an amazing day. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted with a grin and assisted in comparing the features and prices of new smartwatches. The associate who processed my transaction was helpful and kind.

I ordered a 32-inch television, and it arrived on time, the guy who served us was very friendly and with a smile all the time and that makes the experience more pleasant.

Cool staff, if you need anything check em out. Order in store or online, also they got a Amazon esque locker where you can pickup items.Don't steal, I'm 100% sure they will tackle you ?.Lots of items here, get your family some gifts here. Also they have an exclusive monitor from Samsung (240hz) that looks and feels amazing, so get that if you want an edge in virtually any game.10/10 best buy.

Worst Best Buy around. Me and my bf had came to Best Buy at 6:30, knowing they closed at 7:00. Walked in, no one was around to help. Luckily one guy was walking towards geek squad area, & had to stop him to ask for help. Waited at the geek squad area until the one geek squad staff was done, saw him walk to the cashier to help another couple out when he saw us sat and wait for him to be done. Didn't bother asking us what we needed help with. &, when I saw him at the register. He told me he will get it started but we're closed. I know y'all closed at 7, that's why we came at 6:30, but waited for him to be done w the previous customer. Y'all have 5 people in the front, not doing shit, so why is he checking out someone else when we waited patiently for him to help us and it was 6:54 when he was done. I hate to say that they were prejudice; but all we needed was a factory reset on a laptop and Geek Squad along with the rest of the Best Buy staff needs to do better with attending to customers in a productive and non sarcastic manner.

The staff are friendly and the service is usually quick for me. Love it!
