My daughter rented a washer and dryer from them it’s been about a month now day one the washer and dryer had been having problems drying clothes and draining out water from washer. Contact the store and we was told that they have to come out here and look at it and we can get a loaner. I thought since she renting something since she don’t own it we can switch it out for another set but no. they’re trying to get more money out of us saying that we was a week behind and I have every receipt when I paid she was not a week behind so they’re trying to get more money out of her so I’m just calling Bestway back and tell him to come get the wash and dryer no longer need I don’t wanna do business with them anymore. If I can no stars I would this company don’t deserve any stars. BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY .. BAD BUSINESS ONE LESS CUSTOMER

Matt was awesome. Started off bumpy, but he communicated well and still got me a couch I love much more than what I originally wanted. The process and wait is honestly better than ordering a couch online that may take months to come. The entire process for me took about 2wks, but could be less if they have the item in the store. Thank you Matt and team.

So I ordered my sectional online and once a representative received my order she called me and told me to come down there to finish filling out paperwork. Once I did that I was told that they didn’t have my sectional that I wanted but they would order it from somewhere else. I was ok with that because she told me that it can take 4-6 weeks. On the 5th week I called and was told that an emergency had came up with one of the drivers so I would have to wait either the end of that week or that following week. Again I didn’t mind and was like ok that will be fine. Now at the end of that following week I called them again to check on my sectional and now they are telling me that it could be from 2 weeks to 4 months. I think this is very unprofessional because this should have been told to me at the beginning. I still don’t have a couch and I feel like I am getting the runaround so I just asked for a refund because this is ridiculous. I always had to call them. They never called me to give me any updates. Hopefully they will not give me a hard time with getting my refund. If so, I will be going to corporate because this is so wrong.

Ordered a queen mattress and platform bed thursday morning. I was sent a confirmation number and a message saying they would contact me that same day. So I'm thinking cool the bed is on the way, WRONG i called sunday and they told me they never received anything from the district manager. So at this point I decided yk what.. im going up there. Go up there and the lady is so rude! She told me i had to fill out paperwork, provide references, and i needed stubs. My thing is why didn't y'all BEEN tell me this? The communication is horrible here! If you want your time & money wasted this is the place for you. I would give no stars but that isn't an option

I had a great experience with Bestway. My situation was slightly unique. Lynette and Karen were wonderful, patience and understanding like no other. The delivery crew made the delivery and pick-up seamless so much that my wife commented on how user friendly they were. I'll never go any other place if this need arises again.

Mara, Nicole and the delivery team were extremely cordial and their goal of quality service to their clients were apparent. Our unique situation made things a bit different as I have a disability. Kudos is deserves for their help and kindness. I may have spoken to someone else there as well, so if I miss anyone, know this is much appreciated.

Very speedy and quick process... I went in on a Saturday to sign all documents everything was delivered in less then an hour. Nicole has great customer service skills. She gets the job done!! The delivery driver named Denzel was very courteous, friendly and professional too. I can tell he's had some experience working with people. Great customer service Denzel! Keep up the great work!!

Very unprofessional, though they do work with you. They try to give you the run around as if you don’t know anything or don’t look into your own account.Super appreciative that they worked with me for payment purposes, but would never do this again. At least not with this location.
