Alright!!!! I’ve been dealing with this place since last year December! Recently I just sat down with ALL of my receipts after asking them what was my payout and of course they gave me a ridiculously price of what was owed. According to the receipts it was NOWHERE close to what they said I owed! Strange! They are inconvenient, unprofessional, nasty, inconsiderate and to be honest scammers because hooooooooow am I owing yall that much??!!Cool!!! DO NOT I mean DO NOT get anything from them!Also my mom passed in May of 2023 you think they care??!! NOT!!!Them: OH! Your mom passed but she still owe $65 can we pick it up or will you take the payments up??!! Are y’all serious right now??!!The knocking/banging (like they are the cops) on the door, to the ALL CAPS text messages is beyond me, using a card that is for a ONE TIME PAYMENT (saying oh that’s home office doing that) is beyond me!!! Yall are a mess for real!!!Save your headaches and stressing yourself out from these folks!!!GO SOMPLACE ELSE ASAP!!!And if I could've not given NO STARS I would’ve definitely done so!

Very unprofessional and that little chihuahua of there’s Aaron got so much mouth never rent from them.They bang on your door like crazy people and yell at your neighbors that you owe them. Aaron was very irate and belligerent then got scared when I was ready to match her energy. So she proceeded to threaten me with a gun then called the police cause she got scared lol…They never tell you the total balance you have left from making payments and charge your card whenever and whatever amount for used stuff. Rails didn’t even fit and were very squeaky. I would never recommend them they need to be shut down or new management. Glad they came and got it cause I got new furniture paid for the same day. Never again!

Was referred to use them by a family member because of their 90 days same as cash program. However the manager was so eager to get a sale he intentionally set me up on the wrong plan then when I approached him about the matter he indicated that I was confused. Called corporate and regional manager nobody ever reached out to try to rectify the situation it just was like whatever we know we are low budget, scandal type of company so we are not concerned with customer satisfaction.Oh yeah when I first got the process started they delivered my furniture not in plastic and the delivery guys dropped it all on the ground with mud and water because it was raining that day. I called Eric to discuss the issue he lied and said “To spend as less time as possible in the customers home we unwrap everything” I have got furniture delivered plenty of times and to my understanding it comes wrapped in plastic until it’s assembled unless buying pre owned furniture this was not pre owned furniture.Lastly, Erin in finance set up the pay schedule wrong so for two weeks straight she called me and said I wasn’t paying on time I told her the first call it should have been every two weeks and next Monday she was calling saying the same thing lol . In my head I’m like this company is just so unorganized and unprofessional.I offer Customer Service Management Consulting classes if y’all ever interested in becoming a reputable company!

Horrible place I would never rent here ever they go crazy if you a hour late of payments sign you up for auto pay on they own charge your card random amounts all times of the day so rude so disrespectful and guess what the furniture is on AMAZON for better for the low ! If you needed a quick rent like me definitely pay the little 60$ but save up and get you the bed ASAP check Amazon or conns but here your in for a headache and horrible service some fraud and then some now idk about them threatening you with guns but I swear they will never have a location if they play with me ? anyways y’all please never shop here and if you do please leave a review to help other if I could they would get no stars the other location is better I heard but this one never would recommend even if you pay on time all the time expect FRAUD CHARGES OVERLY PRICED USED FURNITURE READ YOUR CONTRACT !

Very unprofessional place. They had someone come to my job and lie about who they were, said they were my financial advisor and left a letter with office staff. I called months ago and changed my number but apparently the female never changed it. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Find some where else to shop I placed an online order on Nov 3rd they took a deposit 100.00 for a bedroom set I ordered I called on the 5th I was told to send in my paystubs and a bill andy order would be finalized on November 7th I checked ony order was told they found what I wanted and they had everything just call back in the morning on the 9th I was told they needed a lease I asked why wasn't that explained on day one that I spoke with someone and I didn't get an answer I was told I'd get a refund in 7 to. 10 days save yourself the headache and go to Aaron's or Rent a center Conn's Carolina rent to own I will never shop with bestway

Worst company ever. Do not trust these people with your money..... I saw an ad on Facebook for this company and I was so fascinated with the fact I could make monthly payments. However , After I made my purchase that's when things went downhill. When I called the number on the website it said the store opened at 9am. So I called them at 9am Saturday morning after I made my purchase and asked about the process and I asked for a confirmation email for my purchase. I asked crystal for the email confirmation but It was sent by Eric instead. Crystal told me I would need to come in Monday morning as soon as they open so I can fill out paperwork and have a delivery the same day. Fast forward to that following Monday..... Mind you again , when i called the number on the website it stated that this location was open at 9am. Even when I called Saturday I spoke with someone at 9am and received my confirmation email at 921am. Receipts attached below. So I pull up the location at 9. NO ONE ANSWERS. I look in the store , it's dark only one light is and no "open" sign. So I call and call no one answers. When I googled the location it said they opened at 10am but how was I speaking with crystal at 9am and the phone line said they open at 9am ???? Crazy ! So I said "ok I'll wait it out" so I left and came back at 950. I watched that door so closely and did not see a single soul in that store I didn't even see customers walk up to the door smh. Now it's 10am , I go to the door and no one is there the store is black and no one has walked up to the door. I pulled my car around and sat in front of that door until 10:10am and no one answered the phone and nobody answered the door. I was furious and scared. Scared because I have never rented anything before in my life and now I feel like I put my money at risk with people who do not care AT ALL. So I drive home and I called them again and guess who answered ??? CRYSTAL. I'm hot...at this point. I'm like "wooooooow , I literally sat outside your store for 20 minutes ma'am what kind of business are y'all running ?" And she says "Oh I was 6 minutes late , I came in at 10:06" ma'am no you did not because I sat outside your store until 10:10am. Her attitude because aggressive even im the one with the money on the line smh. So instead of her doing her job this young lady decided to be petty....smh. I asked her if she could refund me my money because this business just seemed super shady. She said "ok I'll send you your refund" and she almost hung up on me. "I said great now can you send me a confirmation email stating I'll be getting refunded" and she was so nasty and nonchalant...I asked if she could repeat my email to me and this heifer said "ugh yeah it's your last name first name number number @mail" I'm shook what kind of customer service is that no ma'am. I need you to repeat it correctly , I don't play about my money...and she said "ok give me 5 minutes to find it" huh ???? Yeah I'm done. Smh this is beyond ghetto. So anywho crystal told me I had to wait 2-3 business days. It's been 4 days now and I still haven't received anything. I called back yesterday on the 3rd day and Eric answers I told him about Crystal and he was sympathetic , he was very nice I felt bad he had an employee like crystal representing his company because I really wanted my stuff and she did not make me feel comfortable or secure about my purchase at all. When I spoke with Eric he told me she did my refund wrong so now I have to take time out of my day to come up there to get $50 in cash and then he said he could refund me the rest of my money back on to my card. WHAT THE FUCCCCK ??? I'm over this company I really want my money back at this point. I wish I would've read these reviews first.

This place is unprofessional. Prices given are not what you pay and then they sign you up for autoPay without your permission! I'm going to be returning this furniture and buying it somewhere else. It's cheaper that way and I won't have to deal with this for 24 months

Disappointed is an understatement! I will try to make this the short version... we bought a couch from best way in July 2019 it was deliver damaged. After calling and complaining they came and swapped it out for another one. In this process they knocked a hole in our front door and ripped the trim from around the door. I was told by deli you personal to contact the store. So I do... al this point I have a hole in door, no trim, and another damaged couch in my living room. I spent $350 replacing door and trim. I was in contact with the current store manager who suddenly was fired... I then contacted the new manager who would never return my call! She was suddenly fired. The current manager has drafted out 3 payments in the last week and has yet to return my call regarding this. I contacted corporate on Friday and was told I’d hear from district manager in 1 business day.. no call. So I contacted corporate Tuesday and was told I’d receive a call from regional manager WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY.. no call. Now it is Thursday and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. This is a horrible way for a company to provide service to customers who have always been in great standings with y’all!

On Saturday February 22th 2020 this lady Jellisa was calling my mom cellphone to tell her she was late on her payment, I told her my mom's name was NOT Flora, and she started texting us. I'm pretty sure she dial the wrong number but was so annoying calling and when I tried to explain to her she was calling the wrong person she turns into a very verbally agressive person. Of course I responded the same way.
