“After spending all day in Charlotte searching for a store to replace my aerosocks that I lost, I finally came across this store two days before my half Ironman, which also happened to be my first triathlon ever. Not only was I able to get help finding what I was looking for, but they also assisted me in getting last minute things I didn’t even know I needed… things that proved very useful that weekend.Additionally, I was unable to get a bike tuneup earlier that week due to my work schedule. However, they not only tuned up my bike in less than 24 hours, but they also found some things wrong with it that could have been very problematic should I have attempted my half Ironman without it fixed. Not only that, but they fixed some smaller problems that previous bike shops had been unable to fix (I didn’t even bother telling them about these problems as the bike shop that I used to go to had not been able to fix them before. So imagine my pleasant surprise when I didn’t have those issues on race day).Everything here is reasonably priced and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.”
