Not the greatest place to try to deliver in a full size tractor trailer with a 53’ trailer but I’ve seen much worse. You have to swing trailer across the street into the docks then back up into this customers drive way while battling income and outgoing traffic on the street. People do seem nice and was told they will help with traffic. I’ll wait and see.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks just on a quote for replacement glass for coffee table. Everytime I inquire I get the run around and excuses. So with this kind of customer service, why would I even want to order with them? I won’t.

This company strikes again. I experienced absolutely horrific customer service with scheduling and failing to show up to measure despite the scheduled appointment (then forgetting the tools and having to reschedule again, causing me to miss work three different times). Then, the glass comes in. They install it while I am out of town. I come home. There's a giant gap of space (greater than an inch) on both sides of the shower door through which water can easily pass and cause issues with the floor or walls. The installers obviously thought nothing was wrong because they installed it and left without saying a word. Contractor says we will not pass inspection. The original measurer shows up again two days later after we complain - this time with no appointment. He said there was miscommunication about the measurements and they would order another door but it would take a couple weeks. Unbelievable!! This should be a top priority, a rush fabrication with immediate install! Not just placed on the regular list. This was their own huge mistake that got us here. Even after the first review I left, no one from this company called me to make it right. I don't anticipate anyone will make this right either. How a company treats it's customers defines the company's values, level of integrity, and its workforce.

We use Binswanger for our specialty glass and our shower enclosures. Craftsmanship, this is getting harder to find but Binswanger always sends out talented installers that care about our sites and clients. Thank you for the great work.

My daughter was having trouble with her auto insurance company (GEICO) along with (SAFELIGHT) get her driver's side back glass replaced it was over 1 months and BINSWANGER of Pineville, NC came through for her today (March 29, 2020) you guys are the best ty very much now she and I can rest easy tonight they will be getting my business

I am the district manager at Crab DuJour Charlotte. I originally contacted this company when our restaurant was broken into, damaging the front door glass. When they came out to do measurements the guy said that it would be less than 10 business days because it was the front door glass it was considered an emergency. 12 days later they came out to fix it with the wrong glass. We asked for double pane glass for both front doors. They then said they would have to order it and it would be an additional 10-12 business days. It has now been over a month, I have called numerous times, left several messages and gotten no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad customer service.

The worst glass company ever. Do not call these guys for any shower install. They came out to measure my shower glass and said they will be back in two weeks for the installation. Four weeks came by no one showed up. I went there and ask why my shower door has not been installed. Oh we sorry we put you on the schedule next week. They came out and installed half the shower glass. They claim that the measurements was wrong. Now they said that they will be back in a week. Now its three weeks they suppose to be at my house by 9:00 a.m.today and a no show.

I opted to go with Binswanger Glass they were great professional quick and courteous. Great choice on my part. It took 2 days from scheduling to install and they come to you.

I was traveling to Charlotte, NC and all the stars seemed to align perfectly! The OEM toyota rear glass arrived on time, was not damaged, and the installer (Jarome) was professional and great to work with. Happy that we crossed paths!!

The context: Placed an order for shower glass and a replacement window with Binswanger glass on 9/14/21 with install date of 10/21/21 (even though I was told 2 week time frame from purchase)The timeline:--The 1st appointment was 10/21/21, and the technician made a comment to my partner about me "being nervous and wanting everything to be perfect". The technicians mounted the incorrect frame to the shower, drilling holes in tile for the incorrect hardware without double checking. This frame was the wrong finish (chrome instead of brush nickel) and the wrong height, something that should have been checked prior to arrival of the appointment. They were able to complete the window replacement during this appointment, however in the process they left multiple 3" glass shards in the sidewalk (where people and dogs walk) and grass.--The 2nd appointment (11/4/21) occurred after ordering a replacement frame in the correct finish and height. This appointment I paid closer attention and had to point out that they did not replace the incorrect bottom trim piece, and installed one door backwards. I also asked for the header of the shower glass have less gap. The same technician from the first appointment mentioned my "good eye for detail". They completed the work and I paid the invoice in full. After the technicians left, I went to test the shower and the glass door scraped / dug into the bottom trim piece and did not slide smoothly at all. This left a gouge in the trim piece. The sales rep came the next day (11/5/21) and agreed the install was sub-par and offered to either add a finish or replace the trim, with no further compensation for the extended delay.--The 3rd appointment was (11/12/21 - 59 days after purchase) to replace the bottom trim piece. Different technician this time, who got the doors operating smoothly although not quite aligned (but according to them the best they could do). This technician managed to bump my toilet about 3" and did not bother to mention it to me or rotate it back. All 3 appointments I was left with garbage remaining on the floor and extra silicon on the toilet base / trashcan.+1 for the company following through on the install.I would not recommend this company and will be searching elsewhere next time I have glass needs.

My car had a broken windshield and they came out the next day and were prompt. The first person I worked with was Jonas and he was very nice and informative. He went above and beyond in helping me with my windshield sprayer which is unheard of in these days they sent someone out because I thought possibly they had pinched a hose. It wasn't that but I was so blessed to have him fix it anyway that's what I call excellent service.I had a mirror replaced also by by Nick and he also was awesome making everything perfect with my new mirror in the bathroom. He also went above and beyond and explaining and fixing my mirror correctly. I don't know where your hot hiring these people from but they are awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you and God bless your company.

Absolutely, positively unprofessional. This is my second attempt, ( shame on me)The first go round I took them a perfect template and after 4 return visits and much wasted time they finally cut it to the size and shape of the template.The second time today. I gave them exact measurements and even reminded them of our last interaction and get home only to find they don't know how to read a tape measure. Glass to large and won't fit my frame and now more wasted time on my dime. Do yourself a favor. Find anyone else. Heck go to lowes first!!
