Man who works inside this store is extremely rude I would never come purchase a phone or do business here .. they need to hire a new customer service associate

The guy was semi helpful but beware of Boost going after people that switch out sim cards and not purchase new phones by doing their system updates. My son swapped out sims over 9 months ago now all of a sudden it's not working and no SIM card is compatible definitely corporate greed. 611 had a 40 minute wait on a Saturday night because many people phones become non compatible once they did their update. The people that work for boost just have to say what they are being told but it doesn't make sense to people the truly understand how greedy corporations operate. The workers just trying to make their money so it is what it is but after being a customer for over 10 years Boost lost one today.

This is the worse service i ever had please whatever you do dont get this service!! They wont unlock your phone and they wont fix the service dont pay 60 dollars for talk and text because Internet is bad!!
