Unbelievable customer service is awful I bought a new iPhone and next day I tried to return it and representative refused I was told I could return it within 7 days for full refund and I wasn't able to do so I paid over $240 for a iPhone and it's Worst cell phone I have ever had I also spent on my cell phone and my wife's almost $500 and I have had Boost over 7 years and lately I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE SINCE IT BECAME BOOST ONE????‼️ TOO MANY ISSUES WITH APPS AND I THOUGHT I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH IPHONE BUT ????‼️‼️‼️ DISSATISFIED WITH IPHONE 11 SET UP ‼️ AND I SAW ANOTHER STORE ADVERTISED IT FOR $29.95 2 DAYS AFTER I PAID ALMOST $200 WITH MY UPGRADE ????

This boost was ok no one was in there but it smelled very strong of weed. The lady at the desk was helpful even though she moved really slow and wanted to be on her phone more ofter then not she gave me information that a different boost store I went to prior to didnt. The price she also gave me from the same item was also lower for some reason. Though I did pay her she did not return my change it was only .51 cent but still if they keep everyone change it will add up.

I asked Nader to let me know who his supervisor is so I could tell him or her what excellent customer service he gives. He is always even tempered, polite and very knowledgeable.
