El servicio al cliente le recomendó pedir un rembolso a la sucursal donde habia hecho el pago y cuando fue le dijeron que esperara 10 dias se llego el dia y ya no quisieron regresar el dinero y querian que comprara otro teléfono todo para no regresar el dinero. Let me tell you guys a crazy story about Boost. I have switched to boost about 6 months now,and this month has been crazy with these people. Boost Mobile is not a good cell phone company because of the situation with my phone, I have been paying every month on time when my bill was due, sometimes a day or so early. But anyway this month of December was hectic for me; and I say that because I had paid my bill and sometimes I FaceTime and sometimes I make a call but this following day that I make a call,it says I was roaming. I didn't think nothing of it,I figured it was the weather. So I waited later on that day and it was saying the same thing. I called the company and talked to a CSR on the phone and I told him what was going on and he said that when he looked at my account after I have given him my password,they said that was a non existent number. I told them how could that be when I've been making calls since I purchased the phone. So I asked for a manager/supervisor,so eventually she got on the phone and she didn't know what I was talking about. And I know they see that I've been using my cell to pay online and my husband card is on file bc that's what I had used. I've never switched to another company but I wish I would of stayed at my original cell phone provider. But don't get a boost Mobile phone bc they will try anything to get a buck out of you. But anyway they went into my phone changed my PIN code and gave that number to someone else.Do not switch to boost no matter what they commercials say.

Worst customer service.my phone stopped working when i went in vacation to florida.when i call everybody tell me something different.so when i come back to Charlotte I bought a phone and the girl told me it has 32 Gb and the phone has only 16 Gb. So i just waste my money.122$. I have the same Gb.i try to exhange it. And she told me she doesn't have like this phone. And she tried to sell me another phone.😔😔😔
