I have to make this review I came in the store requesting my account number and transfer pin because for 31 days I have been without a working device the bill was paid but no working device .I was told I had to go through the manufacturer because it was under warranty sent the device was told I need to go through insurance just non sense only to be told my SIM card didn't work sent 2 different SIM still not working, I have been frustrated to say the least but today Javier saved a customer he listened to me without over talking went above and beyond I left with a working phone ... He deserves a raise!!!!!!!!
