I came into this store in May and had the worst customer experience EVER. The female manager was very rude and disrespectful. I did not agree with the service they were giving so I expressed it to the sales lady. The manger overheard my remarks and decided to tell me off. I told her off and she begun to curse me out, so I cursed her out. I have it all on video and will inform corporate and partners. This type of service is unacceptable and the manger needs to be fired immediately. I waited to make sure I contact the right people. From the looks of the other comments she is the main reason that customers are unhappy. I’ve told my friends and family to not do business at this boast mobile store. If they don’t get rid of her it’s going to reflect in the lack of business.
