The past three months when I have been to the store to make a payment they always said the system it’s not working.This situation makes me really mad because this store it’s close to me and makes me waste my time trying to find another store.My opinion is if the system NEVER WORKS why this store still open!!!! In trying to find my mother a new phone I called this store Boost Mobile at East town and the young lady in which I spoke yesterday held her promise and made sure that some of the items I was looking for would be there when I came to complete my purchase, I want to say thank you. The gentleman in the store this morning was very gracious, honest, and very informative. I really appreciate the service they both gave to my mother and I!!

I purchased a IPhone 6 for promotional price of $49.99 for my fiancé adding a line to my account switching her phone service over to boost. I had my number transferred over and paid for the phone. After paying for the phone the guy brings out a (pre owned phone). I recently bought the same phone for myself brand new through boost for the same price. He told me that was the only phone he had left in the store and he was sorry he forgot to mention that it was pre owned. I told him I didn't want it because all preowned phones have problems ( it also had physical damage on the back). He offered to give my money back but if I was to go to another boost store I wouldn't be able to use that $49.99 promotion anymore because I switched over already to the pre owned phone I would have to pay the original price which is $399.99. So I had no choice but to take it because my fiancé needed it in the morning to see her clients. I took it home then in takes 30 minutes to charge then when it turns on then it dies in 3 minutes and takes another's 30 minutes to charge again. So I take the phone back to the store the next morning for them to tell me that their is nothing they can do about it. So I go to another boost store and ask them if they had the same permotion and they said yes $49.99 for a brand new phone and also told me that they were suppose to tell me the phone was pre owned before I purchased it. Worst phone experience in my life was in the store for 3 hours trying to get in contact with someone over the store so that I can get a brand new phone or at least the promotion back so I wouldn't have to pay the full $400 for another iPhone. I definitely got conned into buying a used not working pre owned phone I don't recommend anyone to go to this boost store they were rude about the whole situation like I was the bad guy
