I been waiting here for 20mins. It says it’s open til 7:30pm it is now 5pm on a Friday. I saw the worker come out go to the tobacco store then go back to boost mobile and lock the door behind him and not answer their phone.

Used to be a good store. Had competent people who knew their products. Not anymore. What is told to make thw sell, may not be the truth. Had two bad experiences and has turned me off from this location. Drive 20 miles to stay with my home store. Not any more. Ruined a Christmas gift.

I paid to upgrade my service plan to unlimited found out she didn't upgrade it and didn't let me know .She also kept my money.Store be closing early and opening late..Not professional.
