Horrible manager! My husband, (WRCE100) posted a review on my behalf yesterday after experiencing the same non caring and lack of concern for the incident of my car windshield getting cracked while in their car wash. I was very polite, repeatedly told the manager that I always come here to vacuum my car, purchase gas and go through their carwash. He was little on words and was useless in trying help resolve this issue. He had no problem telling me to call my insurance, which I did and they advised me to reach back out to the Manager. I called and spoke with the manager again, it was useless and a waste of my time. I did let the manager know that I was contacting the local news for a call for action, which I did. I am a "never met a stranger" type of person and get along very well with others. I've never had an experience like this before and I was really shocked to see how uncaring and the lack of concern the manager showed regarding this incident. I will say, I received excellent service and information from the corporate office.

ENTER THIS CAR WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK...NO ONE KNOWS WHO OWNS IT. My wife visits that location regularly, without incident. Today however as she was going through, she heard something strike her windshield and when she inspected it, there was a small spiderlike crack in the windshield, which started to spread. She went in to advise the manager, who sent someone out to look inside the car wash. He came back and said that no bolts or screws were missing from inside that could have damaged the windshield. My wife then called me, and I told her to ask if there was a number that she could call to file an incident report or claim. He said that he didn't know, we would have to call our insurance company.
We called our insurance company as well as BP headquarters. BP HQ advised that the car wash is independently run, but both HQ and our insurance company said that the BP location should have information on how to file a claim. I went back to inquire again about information. The manager was on the phone but looked at me and said "You'll have to call your insurance company", then went back to his phone call.
I find it hard to believe that there's no one to talk to if an incident occurs at the car wash. There should be contact information posted somewhere if the BP cannot address issues, or cameras that can record the condition of cars before and after entry.. The manager was apathetic and dismissive, even boarderline rude. All we wanted was to find out how to report the issue so that it could be investigated further.

Not impressed with gas quality. Got mad gas mileage. But they have a powerful car wash. I have used it twice in four months. My last visit I got the most expensive. There was a hot rod Camaro in front of me decked out. I have a brand new Toyota. Important here. As I’m going out the drive something came out of the air and landed under my windshield. Small black plastic piece. I stopped and looked all over my car. It is a piece of trim. It could be mine? The hot rod in front of me? That car was gone. It is so small less than 6 inches I bet it snaps in somewhere. Besides that extreme shine with gas great price I think $12.00.

Advertised 87 octane as $3.18. When I got there it was $3.46. I checked and rechecked my entry and it was correct. Great staff & services, so maybe someone spoofed their prices??♂️

The staff is actually pretty amazing. So friendly all the time. I go in so much we know each other and it's just a great place to fill up, grab some things inside and get a carwash. Highly recommend.

Good place to stop and refuel.The place is clean, it is well lit at night. Very easy to pay, lots of fueling stations are available. The place seems safer than other gas stations on the area.The staff is friendly. The car wash is very good, it cleans your car nicely, just make sure to take some time on the drying area. Air is also available.
