I had a 2025 Buick Envista which I had for three months. Was severely damaged and I asked for it to go to Caliber as I was familiar with their work.
They had my car for three months as sourcing parts, dismantling to evaluate, etc was a lengthy process.
I was kept in the loop the whole time The day of pickup I was nervous but not for long!
It looks and drives like it should! Thank you to everyone at South Boulevard (Pineville NC) location!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident, but thankfully, I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Courtney didn’t just handle the repairs — she helped coordinate the rental car, assisted with the pickup process, and served as a quality control specialist to ensure my car was absolutely perfect before returning it to me. Good and courteous customer service, good repair work. However pick up time was delayed twice which disrupted my plans. Overall, a good outcome for a fender bender.

One of the body shop guy had his meal at my rear seat and he left his leftovers.
After delivery, my car started showing Battery & temperature warning while going back to my office, so i stopped my car at nearby mechanic shop and the mechanic found, alternator belt missing. I went back to Caliber collision south blvd and complained about these issues. The guy who had taken care of my car denied my complaint about alternator belt and apologized for leftovers.
To Caliber --> provide a dining area to your employees.
To Customers --> Make sure take a look at every part is working fine before delivery
