Shout out to our salesman, Luis. He was quick and responsive to our online query. When we showed up at the dealership, he was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, professional, and ensured all our questions were answered openly, honestly and without any pressure or pushiness on his part. He seemed to be sincerely invested in being transparent and helpful even after we elected to go with a different car at a different dealer.

Very disappointed. Never in all of my experiences of buying a car at a dealership have I been ghosted. I was very deep in the process of purchasing a truck and the sales manager and finance manager have still not followed up to close the deal even though I provided all the relevant documents needed, including the dealer funding request form which is how they will get paid, last week. I was told to be patient after being promised that the deal would be processed on the same day on several different occasions. I think it's very interesting that they were very responsive before I submitted my personal information, including my ID. Normally business are trying to take my money the first chance they get but apparently it's no good here.

Great experience!! Earnest was everything you’d hope for in a salesman. He was patient, quick to answer not just my questions but my husband’s questions as well. Very forthcoming about our car selection and made sure we had the best price possible for my trade. The car buying process took 2 days (due to my indecisiveness) and he was accommodating and helpful from the moment we first met him to when I left with keys in my hand. He even insisted on sitting with me as I set up apple car play and the Lincoln App before I left to ensure I had the necessary navigation to get home (which was well past 9pm). General Manager and finance department was extremely easy to work with and not pushy. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed in a corner like I have felt at other dealerships. Make an appointment with Earnest! He’ll take great care of you!

Luis was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to questions. He helped me get and test drive my Mazda 6! Another great thing is that they have a ton of staff that speak Spanish (Luis included). Thank you so much to Capital Ford of Charlotte!

I decided to stop by the dealership and was greeted by Miss Haven. She was absolutely delightful, patient, and personable. This was my first time going through the process of purchasing a vehicle and she made it absolutely easy and not confusing at all. She went over our options in depth and helped us stay within our budget as well. She even recommended a great restaurant to try! Amazing customer service! Definitely left a happy customer :)

The salesman was a nice young man, but the 2 managers of this dealership are the most arrogant, unpleasant, disrespectful and untrustworthy people I've ever dealt with.They pulled the, "You're a woman, so you must not know about cars". They tried to give me $3,000 less than my trade in was worth and told me a Ford package was $999 for 5 years, when other dealers ( and even Ford corporation) told me it is actually $575 for the LIFE of the vehicle. These managers are a perfect example of why people mistrust car salesman.RUN as FAR AWAY as possible from this place with managers who are complete lecherous snakes.

Don't trust when you read your Carfax, when they say it is clean. Read over it. I paid $39K for a vehicle that is considered a lemon and I now have issues that are going to cost me thousands to fix. They are frauds!

Big thanks to Ernest McBride (sales associate) and Mike Nystrom (finance mgr) for helping us complete the purchase of our 2019 Mustang GT. We saw the car online in the am, scheduled time to see it at the end of that same day and were sent detailed specs on the car prior to arrival. Even though we were the last appointment of the day, Ernest and Mike did not rush through the process and were happy to take whatever time was needed to ensure we had a positive purchasing experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how stress-free the entire process was and have only positive feedback on both Ernest and Mike!

Kat was so easy to work with and welcoming. We found the vehicle online late in the afternoon, and because we live further away, we had to make a long drive (with unexpected traffic) and couldn’t get there until shortly before closing. We did a quick test drive and loved the car, and Kat was kind enough to stay after hours to accommodate us so we could put in an application. She was patient from the beginning to end throughout the buying process and quick to handle anything that was needed.The sales manager and finance manager were also great! Steve Johnson (Sales Manager) assisted us with the application process and played a big part in making it all happen. We appreciate all of his hard work!Matt (Finance Manager) was excellent to work with. He was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgable. Great customer service skills!I absolutely love my car and will be sure to refer my family and friends to Capital Ford in the future.

Today Capital Ford of Charlotte let me drive 4 hours each way to check out this accident free car, which still has masking tape and overspray from the repairs, dripping paint from where it was repainted, actually still has blood I guess from the accident, they said it was inspected twice, so either that was a lie or it was inspected by a 2 year old, I specifically asked is there anything that I will see in person that is not in the pictures before I make this drive, they said no everything is in the pictures, well look at my pictures and don't waste your own time, it is still listed as accident free I notice make sure to NOT buy Stock #QAAB11363 VIN 5LM5J7WC4LGL28295, all agreed it was in an accident, so why let me drive there why list as accident free? 2 inspectors didn't see what I saw in 2 minutes? about $1,200 in junk fees as well, one of which was seat treatment which could not be waived because it had already been completed, really? the seat treatment didn't get the blood off the seats? No effort put into looking at this car, they just say anything on the phone to get you to drive there, waste of a day, I even went to the bank to take a certified check, not comfortable buying anything from here after this experience, just saying their trained lines on the phone to get you there, really did not expect this from a Lincoln Dealership.

Most painless vehicle purchase ever. I inquired about a new vehicle that was on their website via their online chat feature, I was emailed info then hooked up with Richard in sales. We had a conversation over the phone, made a deal, I filled out paperwork electronically and they delivered the vehicle to my house 2 days later. Great car buying experience.
