Bought a new Ford from Capital and the buying experience was great. I had a few spots that I wanted taken care of as they should have not made it through Fords quality control. Isaac my sales person was great and got it sent to the collision center. I had mentioned the front bumper and headlights not being aligned with the fender, a spot of rust on the passenger front door under the weather seal, the rear bumper being crooked and a dent and chip in the paint above the drivers front door. They had it about a week which I expected but out of the 4 spots they fixed one. They have the front bumper on better than Ford when they installed it at the factory but now the opposite sides headlight is sitting on the fender and has scratched the fender which was not there before. They pulled a dent but did not touch it up. I had mentioned the rear bumper being crooked and it has not been looked at at all. Lastly when I went to pick up the new headlight was not plugged in at all and had not been aimed. Not very pleased and curious to see if they will have me drive another two hour round trip to correct something that they should have had done in one visit

We had some body work needed on my husband's truck. I was referred to Cliff and from the quote to getting the work done, we had a great experience. Communication was great, the pricing was more than competitive and they did a great job. We are so pleased with the outcome and will be referring them to our friends and will certainly use them in the future should we need.

I have to say that Ashley, was very open and as transparent as could be expected. She communicated with me as needed, provided me with updates, as well addressed my concerns. I very highly recommend Carolinas Collision at Capital Ford.
I am completely satisfied with their work.

Great communication. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs and date changes promptly. My Bronco Sport is good as new.
Thankfully, I took the car to Carolina Collision Center at Capitol Ford before I contacted the insurance company and Kim gave me a good estimate. It aided greatly in my interactions with the insurance company.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle repair needs. This shop simply didn’t complete the repair to a reasonable standard and refused to cooperate with me. I left with missing hardware, unresolved body damage they refused to address, etc. For additional context, here’s one of the emails I sent to their management after they sent me some excuses and half truths.
“Good Afternoon,
I take serious issue with your statements for the following reasons:
1. When that vehicle went into your shop, all the appropriate hardware was present on the bumper. Even if it wasn’t (It was), why would you not replace it? We’re not talking about specialized components, we’re talking about nuts and washers. This will be the third time I’ve had to ask you to please include the appropriate hardware.
2. The hood is very clearly bent. The passenger side is obviously raised when compared to the driver’s side. I understand that you’ve made some minor adjustments to correct for the subsequent gap, but you have objectively not repaired the hood to its pre-accident condition. It is still clearly crooked.
3. You’ve mentioned that there were previous modifications made to the vehicle, which is correct. You then claim that these modifications prevent you from completing the repair, which is completely false. I fully believe that you know that. I can easily prove with pictures that the hood was not crooked before the accident.
Please repair my hood and include appropriate hardware. I have been very professional throughout my interactions with your staff and have been met with poor excuses, poor attitude, and poor service.”
I engaged with the manager about my concerns after sending this email and he wasn’t receptive. He told me, in the politest of terms, to get bent. (He didn’t literally say this, but he might as well have - missed opportunity on his part).
Trust me, just go somewhere else.
