If I could give this car repair place a zero I would!! This car repair place is an absolute nightmare! It's been nine weeks, and I still haven't received my car back. Every time I call, they push back the retrieval date without any valid explanation. They can't even give me a specific date to pick up my car, leaving me stranded and frustrated. To add insult to injury, the manager was incredibly rude and laughed in my face when I expressed my concerns. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and having your time and money wasted!

Been out of work going on 5 weeks waiting on a fairly simple repair from these clowns. I was informed 2 weeks ago that my truck is moving to the final process but last minute was told something was “wrong” with my new headlight (code for a shop tech broke it). Keep getting final process updates this week with no official pickup date. My rent is due in 5 days and I need to work. I gave them a demand that I need my truck back by end of day today, kept calling back for an update today to be eventually ignored by the entire facility. My insurance company sent me here after someone hit and ran my truck a couple of months ago, I’d just have kept my truck with a busted headlight, giant dents and paint damage for the rest of the time I have it if I had known I would’ve been sent to such a SHADY and incompetent collision center. Refuse this place if your insurance tries to send you here. Save yourself the stress and time.

I would highly recommend Carolinas Collision Center. Someone hit my front driver side bumper and I used Carolinas Collision Center to handle the repairs. They kept me updated during the process and took every step to get the job done at HIGH quality. My car came out looking brand new.Services: Painting

Do not Use!! A tree branch fell on my Chevy pickup. 2 big (wide) dents on roof and hood 6 small ones on fenders and A pillars. They said it would take 15 business days. It took a few days short of 2 months. They lied almost every time I called them. Week after week I was told it would be done the next week. I was told that my full size pick up would not fit in their spray booth. Keep in mind that this was a Chevy dealer shop. They finally admitted that they had gone over the truck, picked out some parking lot dings and scrapes, called the insurance company and told them that additional damage had been found to add to the list. This was one of the few times that they told the truth. Insurance paid for the first 30 days of car rental. I was on the hook for the rest ($600) so they could get some extra billing. So, to sum up, they have inadequate facilities to to simple jobs (knock out a few dents, no parts were replaced) and maybe not enough staff to do the work. Or at least, competent ones. They actually sent me pictures of the door dings that they were calling damage from the branch. Did they not think that I would notice? As nice as my truck looks, it definitely wasn't worth the hassle and extra out of pocket money that they cost me. This was in October and I'm still waiting for their "customer service" to call about the money they owe me

DO USE THIS BUSINESSThe customer service and workmanship was absolutely terrible, they changed the completion date 5 times without making one phone call or email to me. They kept the car for 6 weeks two weeks more than estimated. Had to turn in my rental car after the Fourth week with no compensation or effort from them. Park Chevrolet says they don’t have anything to do with this collision business even though their name is all over it.Do not bring you repairs here.Service: Body & Trim

I rear-ended someone late September and, while the other vehicle sustained minimal damage, my car took quite the impact.John and his team at the collision center handled everything nearly effortlessly with the rental car Geico and keeping me updated along the way.I requested a couple out of pocket add-ons which they ended up doing free of charge and my vehicle came back to me 21 days later better than I’ve ever seen it in cleaner than it was when I dropped it off with them. Cannot recommend them enough to others in the future!
