I’ve been dealing with Keith and his tax preparation services for a few years. I am a customer service oriented person, I give it and I expect to receive it. Over the years his customer service has declined and I honestly cannot give my business to someone who doesn’t value my business or want it. “ Yes. Your texting. Different when people are in front of me on scheduled appointments in my office. Good luck.” His words. I don’t live in North Carolina anymore, I do my business on the phone with him every year, for obvious reasons. So sadly, but in great conscience I will have to find someone else to do business with.

Keith is reliable, fast & no nonsense! I have been using his tax services in multiple states for seven years, for personal and business taxes. Several of the people I have sent to him are also very happy. Two thumbs up, 5 stars and a fist bump!
