Has really fallen off over the past few years. Cards do not work. No locations. Customer service is horrible. Switched to state Employees.

They don't deserve a rating. I have bank with Carolina's Telco over 35 years and in February money start disappearing from my account $40 $80 each month and when I question them about it they told me just add it in so it would balance out with my statement that's crazy. And then I decided to go in and meet with an advisor she was just as bad she wasn't any help just reviewing my bank statements but she still could not explain the missing funds so I open up a new account at another credit union I am very pleased and I would never bank at Telco again. you have money at Telco you better watch it carefully because money will disappear from your account and they will not investigate send it to the fraud investigators or anybody they could care less!!! Customer service is great! The company itself is not forgiving of almost every excessive charge. And atm never working. Like ever.

Experience is always wonderful, I love how you can get same day cards if you lose or someone steal their debit/credit card . Also Ms. Erin was also very helpful and sweet.

Great experience this week joining CTFCU. Quick service, awesome rates, and great offerings! Thanks Jennifer C. for making it such a seamless process. Haven't seen a rate that low on an auto loan in nearly 20 years! I look forward to doing business with this CU for years to come. :)

Just moved to Charlotte from CT. I recently joined Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union. I am very pleased with the services they provide. Jennifer Campbell helped me with my banking application to become a member the transaction was very smooth. She helped me get a credit card. She answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt this good dealing with any bank. If your looking for a bank/credit union stop by Carolina Telco Federal Credit Union don't hesitate and ask for Jennifer Campbell she's very good at what she does. Thanks Jennifer for everything. Very unprofessional!!! Whenever you call in they provide you with misinformation about your account. I will be changing banks soon. I do not recommend.Update: After leaving this review a member representative blocked my debit card from all usage. I will be closing my account today. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I have never had a bad experience with this credit union and I've been with them for over 17 years or more. I've gotten 4 car loans from them with no problem. Mrs. Leigh Anna Helms is an awesome loan officer who I've dealt with all my auto loan needs. If you can get on to this bank please deal with the Crisman Street location in Charlotte North Carolina.

It’s always a total nightmare calling this contact center. They do not show compassion and are very lackadaisical when it comes to resolving their customers issue. Audrey was very incompetent and rude. I will be closing my account this week.Update: No one called me. I’m not certain of who Marygrace is. Beware do NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. Customer service is poor and they make an excuse for everything.
