Tim McLaughlin, Sales Manager, took great care of my wife and me... steering us away from my pre-conceived notions about what premium product was best for us. He carefully helped us look through many samples and select a great premium wall-to-wall carpet with good durability, stain resistance and reasonable pricing. He further helped us by sending multiple color samples of that carpet home with us, then came to our house for measurements and further color advice given our interior paint color and lighting.

We easily set up convenient installation dates for soon after our order. Then Empire's installation crew members were cordial, very careful with our furniture and walls, and worked efficiently installing floor padding and carpet over two days of installation... separated by one day to move small items into the freshly carpeted spaces out of the second space.
