The back of my iPhone was shattered which I thought was going to be a $500 cost to repair or having to buy a brand new one. I stopped in Cellular Doctor and Freddie assisted me and not only guiding me to what the best remedy was but also he got the work done quickly, affordably, and most importantly fixed professionally! It looks like the Apple Store fixed it!I highly recommend Cellular Doctor to anyone who has a cell phone issue as they are by far the best and most transparent cell phone repair company in all of Charlotte.

Great service, screen issue 100% resolved and phone working like new. Freddy was very good about explaining every step in the process and finished the repair quickly so that I didn't have to come back. I definitely recommend Cellular Doctor !

NEVER RECOMMEND! I got my screen fixed and it was working perfectly fine the first day now its turned black and didnt turn on it took forever to turn on and it glitches never recommended

Imagine an honest car mechanic that you can trust. That is Cellular Doctor. This place is a gem, and Freddie is an incredible business person. I actually first came here around 2014, then this week in 2023. Both times I was given clear communication, straightforward information, and often told what I *didn't* need to save me some money. I can't recommend this place enough.
