Awesome slow-charger right outside Starbucks and Harris Teeter. It had me tap my card but it didn't charge me for 1,5 hours of charging.
Highly recommend if you're just getting groceries or visiting a nearby business

This is a slow charger with a convenient location outside of a very nice grocery store, Harris Teeter. I have stopped here several times and I have yet to be charged for it. I am wondering how this is possible or how long it will continue for. There is usually space and no one waiting.
