I called the day before to ask some questions about a car that I was interested in. George was very helpful and patient with me and all my questions. I then called and confirmed that I would be there the next morning. When I arrived, the car was in front and already cleaned. We did the particulars, test drive and returned to do the paperwork. The process was smooth and easy. No hassle. No haggle. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for my great experience.

Mena and crew @ Charlotte Auto Import took really good care of me. I recently had a total loss of previous vehicle and needed a car quickly. They worked with me and gave me a really good deal on 2015 Infiniti Q50. The mileage was perfect and so was the negotiated price. Good people, not the typical car lot, friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, about the cars and the process of buying one. I had some issues on my credit, so I thought I would not be able to get a good deal, Charlotte Auto Import put me in the car I wanted (2013 Infiniti G37 sedan)with a solid deal, nobody else came close. They even put up with my family taking over their office. Thanks guys, I’m loving the car!

Found a great deal online on an Audi. Drove to the Charlotte Auto Import location and was greeted by friendly staff. Anna and Joe were very helpful. They politely and professionally answered any questions we had about the car. Informed us of their quality/inspection process and walked us through the carfax information. Mechanic on-site was also very friendly and helpful. Purchase process was easy. Overall excellent experience! Thank you Joe and Anna!
