By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. This coming from someone who takes medication that the big pharmacy chains seem to always have an issue with obtaining in inventory, having it ready on time, etc. I’ve been on regularly prescribed medication’s for well over 14 years so I have quite the experience with pharmacies. This group at Charlotte family pharmacy have made the process feel seamless. They’re always accommodating and helpful of your needs. A great attitude goes a long way, and they have it all the time! This place was recommended to me by a physician and I will drive any amount of time to continue working with these folks. Thank you Charlotte family pharmacy for making life feel easier than dealing with the big chain pharmacies.

This has been my pharmacy for over two year's now. We'll shall, I say my family. Dorean the pharmacist has a love for his customers and community. The store is always full stock & greeted with a smile. I love in High Point, NC. I refuse to changey pharmacy.. Rather near or far they get the job done. Offering delivery to all customers for free. I have referred many & will continue to do so. As well as be the customer with the Charlotte Family Pharmacy forever

Dorian is an AMAZING pharmacist! I couldn’t wish for a more complete healthcare team. I hope he is ok and returns soon!!!! Unfortunately, with him gone, his staff is not representing him well. They are exceptional in his presence and ruining his business in his absence. I MISS the kind, compassionate care of my Pharmacist. If he does not return unfortunately my entire family will look for another small family Pharmacy to join. ????? I’m praying everything is ok Dorian-Angela?

Charlotte Family Pharmacy lives up to their name, they are warm and friendly and they definitely treat you like family! Dorian, Mary and Courtney are the best at what they do, they will go the extra mile to accommodate you and your needs! I love the delivery service as well, it comes in handy when I'm not feeling well, thanks guys!!!!

I just love, love, love the customer service. The whole entire Staff is great with professionalism, punctuality, performance, and is always done with a warm smile.
