My company has been working with Charlotte Plantscapes for many years. They are always so knowledgeable and helpful. They beautify the office's plants and keep them healthy. I've learned so much on how to upkeep plants just by talking to the techs. Special shoutout to Keisha and Liz! You two have been amazing to work with.

Subject: Disappointing Service Experience with Charlotte Plant ScapesI am writing this review with a mix of disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with Charlotte Plant Scapes. As a paying customer for more than five years, I recently received an unexpected email informing me of the closure of my account due to alleged missed events.This decision left me baffled, as missed events have not been a common issue for my business, which has been located in the Ballantyne Corporate Park for over a decade. What's more disheartening is the lack of professionalism and responsibility demonstrated by the management.Throughout my years as a customer, I have encountered unprofessionalism when questioning charges or services. On one occasion, I was threatened with discontinued service if I did not sign a contract – a contract that was conveniently forgotten and only brought up years later when I raised concerns about plant health.Despite replacements being made for a couple of plants, the demand for a new agreement felt unnecessary, and I chose to continue paying for the service without signing. Unfortunately, the management seems more interested in making excuses than providing a positive customer experience.The recent closure of my account was attributed to two alleged missed events within a 14-day period. I can provide evidence of my presence at the location during one of these instances and, coupled with an email inquiry about our office schedule during the holiday week, the situation becomes even more perplexing.In my opinion, the management at Charlotte Plant Scapes does not prioritize customer satisfaction. The lack of concern voiced by the representative who visited my office is reflective of the overall poor management experience.I hope this review prompts a reevaluation of customer relations and service practices within Charlotte Plant Scapes. As a longstanding customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me questioning the commitment of this company to its clients.

We had Diane and her team come through when we could finally make it from our headquarters in Dallas to walk through and she was able to put together EXACTLY what our store, SIXTY VINES needed!!! Everything is gorgeous and they worked their tails off to make it happen in time for our opening event. Let the pictures speak for themselves!! Her and her entire team were just as lovely as the plants that gave our place life :))) Let the pictures to give you an idea, but our restaurant has much more of their GORGEOUS work in it!!

Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been knowledgeable about the plants and knows what they are doing. If any issues ever came up they were fast to respond and no problem swapping any plants out that didn't do well in a particular space (a shady room). Nice group and personable too. Highly recommend this company for all your plants needs.

I hired Charlotte Plantscapes Inc to design and implement an exterior/interior plan for my private residence. Diane and her team did an amazing job! Now my property looks coordinated and professional. It made a huge improvement. Would highly recommend.

Charlotte Platescapes Inc. is run by individuals that listen to their customer's needs and fulfill them. Their team members that I've worked with over the last (2) years in a cooperate office environment have always been very knowledgeable and on time; two characteristics that can keep a plant alive or kill it! I won't use any 'green thumb' clichés but they do know plants! Thank you for taking care of our plant needs and holiday décor Charlotte Plantscapes. We appreciate your services.

Used a “cheaper” service in town and realized you get what you pay for. Recently switched to Plantscapes and they have more than delivered at keeping my lobby looking beautiful. Customers now come in and compliment and ask what the flowers are called, where as before they never noticed. Courteous staff that’s always on time. Wish I had switched to them sooner.
