Charlotte Yoga is a wonderful studio that will leave you feeling renewed and at peace when you leave. You will want to come back again and again! They have welcoming front desk staff and all of the instructors are absolutely terrific. I would highly recommend a visit to CY!

Such a great place to take classes! I started going to yoga here in February as a beginner & everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The instructors are all amazing and there are a variety of classes for cheap rates at $10-$20 per class or other package deals. I don't often write reviews but I have had such a consistently positive experience here and I look forward to going to class every week. Thank you CY!

Go for the blacklight yoga! It's like a dance party. They have black light paint and great music!

Hands down one of the best yoga studios in Charlotte. The teachers are amazing and everyone is super friendly. Teachers here have the license to create their own flows and bring their own style and personality to their class, which is awesome.

I dropped into this studio passing thru town.. Mia at the front desk was SO WELCOMING and SO KIND and made me feel so good, despite me showing up 1 minute before class started.. I loved the class, the studio, the vibe, the shower, all 5 stars!!!

This is my absolute favorite studio in charlotte. As a yoga instructor myself, I can get selective with studios and the energy here is amazing. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now, but today Mia at the front desk was so accommodating it reminded me to leave a review of how nice all of the instructors and community is here! Highly highly recommend taking a class!

In town for 2 weeks. Called all the yoga places in the area but none of them met my needs. I do 1.5 hours of Bikram Yoga in Naples,FL in 105 degrees with modifications for my dbl knee-replacements. I went 3 times so far to CY in 95 degree heat &loved it! The teachers are passionate, soulful & hands on. The staff is wonderful. They give you towels +you can rent a mat. You will love going here.
