I once went to this bank shortly after I had enrolled with Chase and I showed up in my work truck wearing my work clothes and I wanted to get a check these people treated me like I was homeless off of how I looked. they thought that I was trying to use the Chase Bank as just a check, cashing place and finally after five minutes of explaining to them what I needed they understood that I was a chase member and change their entire tune. train your staff better

I have been a Chase customer for over 10 years, my family has a good relationship with Chase, we have opened a new business in this beautiful city, and by mistake we intended to come to this branch for advice on business accounts for our new branch and what We found a rude, grotesque manager, dirty clothes, and also fighting with people in the parking lot, we saw him attack a woman and a boy, insulting them in a loud voice, breaking something with his hands, we were too scared, but that's how we entered the branch and all we heard was how he refused to help open new business accounts because he was having a bad day. This man should not really be a manager or represent Chase, since he represents a prestigious bank, for this reason we have decided not to open more accounts with Chase in this branch. Run away from this place and stay safe from this manager. If this is the manager what can you expect from anything else?

Be careful with this branch, the manager, a chubby guy with a white mustache, is very rude, his dirty clothes are poorly presented and he also assures that this branch is his, he doesn't want you to request new accounts and if you ask any questions, he answers defiantly and rudely , don't go there you are really in danger with this rude man.

I bank at Chase for the exceptional customer service. Always received top tier service at Chase Charlotte and surrounding locations I’ve visited in the the last year (Harrisburg, Huntersville, Arboretum and University) This was my first time here at this location. Upon walking in 3/1/23 at 3pm, two gentlemen that seems to be working here are just standing in the lobby, not acknowledging those that walk in like myself. Usually the bank’s lobby person will direct you to where you need to go for whatever service you may need (teller, atm or advisor).The teller was tucked away in the left corner so it’s hard to tell where to go to get teller assistance upon entering and in-person assistance.Teller also took awhile to acknowledge me while she was leaned over talking to her colleague next to her behind the glass.Then before exiting, I stood in the lobby to check my chase app to make sure transaction was done appropriately, the individual at the lobby still made no acknowledgment of me nor my exit.I was at PNC bank in Southpark prior to this particular Chase bank visit, to conduct another business transaction and yet I was greeted upon entering bank, at the same time that person was assisting a customer.Overall, disappointed at this Chase location. Represents Chase’s name badly.

I met with Avto many months ago in regards to closing an estate account. I’ve emailed, called, stopped in but have heard nothing. Last time I stopped in I left my name and number again with them saying he would give me a call back after his 2 meetings, again nothing. This is very frustrating as this issue is keeping me from being able to close this account out.

I walked in at 4:30 on a Monday afternoon and was immediately greeted at the door. The teller was great; she helped me make my first deposit into an account that I had set up online the night before. So far so good. The app and website work great. Very nice location.

If I say I am a Chase member I am a Chase member. I have never in my life had to pull out my phone, open my banking app and prove I was a customer to any banking employee in my 29 years of living. Did you just want to see how much was in my account?! Why can’t the word of what I tell you be just enough?! I have so strong of a inclination of closing my account and I just opened it. Like wow grow up it’s 2021. Where’s the real customer service at?!

Rude, Lies and not up to standard can describe my experience at this branch,Charlotte being a financial hub, and I being a chase customer since last 14 years, have seen one of the worst non helping branchesthe banker at the branch came to me and was like what were we there for with no greetings reply was for opening an account…she was like we are a bit busy let me check if she can make it today..then she was like let me help you! and since I was missing an Id she said I can book for appointment later (note this)Then she lied that the one time bonus were available just for new customers I had to show her the terms and conditions of her bank (with she ironically being the banker of this bank) where customers were able to open the account 2-3 years later.Then due to all this I was like lemme get my Id and come back if she can schedule the appointment she was like she doesn’t have access to calendar to schedule the account! Really she had just told me she could before.If these folks are not wanting to help the customers then why do the job..again they did things with profiling people!Avoid this branch!

So I walked in to open an account and was told I need an appointment and that it would be days. Ok first off all of the Covid restrictions been over, second I’m not coming back to give you business. That’s only signs of things to come. Absolutely not.

I opened an account here and let me just say when I went to make my first deposit it was a nightmare! Literally. One of the workers A.H didn't know what PAPER U.S DOLLARS look like and stated that I was trying to deposit fake money. Over 3k in fake bills?? I was so rightfully upset! Can you imagine??? I was there with my child being told that my money was counterfeit. How can you work at a bank and not know what money looks like?? She held it to the light and said lines and markers were in the wrong place etc. Luckily (not really because she was wrong) someone else felt the bills and immediately knew they were in fact real. This was months ago and I've not made a cash deposit at this location since. I felt profiled to be honest. Avoid this place.

Typically don’t write reviews, but my visit to the new Park Road Chase bank was reason enough to break that trend. I visit this location to make a transaction and it was the worst experience I’ve had in a banking institution. As a 20+ year financial services professional in the Charlotte banking industry, I can assure you this is NOT how a branch should be run. Specifically one trying to make a new imprint in Charlotte. Upon walking into the bank; no greeting and all of the associates were on their phones, which should have been my first clue. Finally at the counter, I presented my ID and card to which the clerk proceeded to hand back to me and say my account was closed. As I have a 10+ year relationship with Chase with have multiple accounts and 6 figures plus of annual transactions, I asked her to look again. After 5+ minutes of this she magically finds me, but proceeds to say that she could not complete my transaction. I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Monica Delcid who cited an 1000% lie about about a federal law that prohibited my transaction. I asked her to please explain this law and instead any details, was met with her rudely and condescendingly screaming that I must not work in finance if I don’t know it. EXTREMELY uncalled for and unprofessional. I called the consumer corporate office immediately after the experience to which they told me that there was no such law as quoted for my transaction. As you can see from the other reviews about this branch, they do not have their act together. For someone to outright lie and then triple down with arrogance and anger, makes me wonder what else they would be untruthful about. Charlotte is a banking town with plenty of great options. STEER CLEAR of this branch.
