It seems like a lot of locations with childcares including this location are struggling to find and keep quality staff to educate the children. The director Lindsey was very polite in communicating the lack of availability. I do get the impression that they are choosing which children to allow in so that they do not overwhelm the staff they have left. I was told there would be availability around this time months ago but there has still been no update. If anyone comes across this review with information on a reputable quality daycare please email me

If i could give this place zero stars I would . This is my boys first day in prek and they weren’t even there for 1 hour ( twin boys ). One of the teachers Harris is trash , she act like she don’t have any patience at all when it came to my kid and that’s the red flag #1 . #2 the director Lindsey act like a regular teacher she was happy to tell me she would put papers in to withdraw my boys today, she didn’t give me any other options or anything all she said was unfortunately they can’t be in the same class because i don’t have any space. In open house it was we had a bad experience with twins being in the same class so we don’t want to do it again . Now it’s we don’t have any space for them to be in the same classroom . Seriously who cares about what you experienced in the past when this is a whole new set of twins , all kids are different and as an educator that’s the number thing you should know! Ms.Armstrong the was pretty cool she have a lot more patience but Harris and Lindsey needs to be evaluated because in my opinion they aren’t fit for this profession. When dealing with kids you have to have lots of patience especially little ones!! I don’t know if they thought because I’m a young mom that I’m dumb but nah this ain’t that I am an very active parent & my boys will not back to this prek idc idc , I am pissed that our time was wasted ( me and my boys ) !!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE!!!! VERY UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS! A TEACHER hit my child with a ruler and claimed it was an accident, they forgot to administer my child his medication on several occasions, change their Pull-Ups on time, and the list goes on! I knew it was a red flag the day I noticed they had the little children in the classrooms with older children just so they would be in ratio compliance. They kicked my children out of the daycare because I was advocating for them! After back to back days of me being understanding, the last two incidents I just was livid about my kid being hurt I went to pick up my child which he was standing there crying and bleeding because of a kid digging his nails into my child's skin. The next day I received a call that my child hit his head and had a knot on his eye. I was upset and went to pick him up early. Upon my arrival Ashlei or "Ashley" Harrison was very RUDE and followed me to the classroom where I was going to ask the teacher her side as to what happened to my child! I noticed her gathering my child items and I asked her what she was doing, she then told me JENNIFER SAID today is your kids last day, and my response was because I'm advocating for my kid and asking a little bit more questions than you would like my kids are being "KICKED OUT" ( which probably was the best decision anyway) the director LINDSAY did not once talk to me instead she stayed on the phone with Jennifer who I'm assuming was her boss who also did not want to talk to me! I CALLED THE POLICE AND MADE A REPORT!!! They refused to give me any paperwork or copies of the incident reports. Keep your kids far away from this place!!!!! Please I beg you if you want your children to be safe and taken care of properly PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION

My daughter has been going to Childcare Network since shes been 1. She will be 6 this summer! The staff, services, and support I receive is simply amazing and I truly don’t know what I’ll do without them. I truly believe the director and other staff have my daughters best interest at heart, and it has been proven on several occasions they will go the extra mile to make sure my babygirl is well taken care of. This leaves me worry and stress free and I’m so appreciative of that!

My daughter has been here since she was a baby, now she is 3 and still attends. I enjoy and appreciate the staff and see a great difference in my child’s level of learning. They have teachers that actually care about my child’s learning and not just babysitting. They have special events for the kids during holidays that are always nice to attend.

I was not going to leave a review but i feel like its important to do so. I called to ask if they had openings for my childs age group and they said they ddn’t. They then said they could place my child in a different group because she is not potty trained the lady that answered put me on hold to confirm with the director they could do this. They said they could and that they had openings available. I then mentioned my daughter had an IEP and i got transferred to the director that had previously said they had openings. When i spoke to the director she proceded to tell me they had no openings available. I honestly felt devastated and discriminated against and i could not believe how shamelessly she disregarded an child with an iep and it makes me think about any kid with any type of delay or disability. I hope management changes for the better to be more compassionate and understanding of all children.

Lindsay, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Sandra have been a pleasure to work with. I am fortunate that they did not give up on my son and I as we got him adjusted into the new school despite the challenges we had.

They charged me $50 to hold a spot for my child in June and I haven’t heard from them since. All while knowing someone who signed their child up after me getting a spot before my child did ?

My child attended here for a year. He started out in the 2-3 year old classroom. During this time a TEACHER hit him. I've had to make a police report for action to happen. She was fired. I felt it was okay enough to keep him there. For the past month one little boy has put permanent marks on my sons EYE! We've most passed it and last week the same bad ass little boy made my sons nose bleed. I was NOT contacted. The little boys mother also works there. She instructed her child to hit my child which is MISCONDUCT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I've tried to have this issue resolved since 5/5 and the director acts clueless when she was there when I voiced my concerns. In one year, 4-5 different teachers has been in ONE classroom. There is no real supervision. My son has had to push a child out of his bed last week 5/5 at nap time! THEY ARE CLEARLY ABUSING CHILDREN HERE and trying to hide it. My son had a complete meltdown because he was scared of the secretary after she intimidated him . It's a HOT ghetto mess. Luckily I've been able to find something else. Please don't put your children through the emotional or physical abuse!

I always say great service starts from the top and I can say that is most definitely true when it comes to Ms. Lindsey the daycare director. From the beginning she’s been very understanding, flexible and accommodating to ensure our experience is A+. The staff Sandra (front desk), Tati, Amber, Alysha, Tawana (Teachers) and Ms. Heidy (Lunch preparer) has all made my 2 children feel like they are home away from home. They make sure my children feel comfortable, feel loved and nurtured and they eat very very well. My wife and I enjoy the report notifications every day and the pictures that are uploaded in the website highlighting their activities, and seeing that they are happy and engaged. The staff also extends that great experience to the parents with having open communication and displaying flexibility to ensure our needs are also met as parents. This staff and facility goes above and beyond and takes great pride in it and it’s real.If you are looking for a day care, look no further, this is the place to be!!

This daycare doesn’t even deserve the 1 star it has on google. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Between the unprofessional staff and the rude director Lindsey Gardner this daycare is terrible. I had a friend who worked here and ended up leaving because of unfair treatment to her and the kids. No kid deserves to be treated how this daycare treats their students and the staff is ran by a director who openly starts drama and talks about her staff behind their backs and tears them down. You can send your kids to any other daycare to get more a start for kindergarten and somewhere they will actually care about each individual kid. Lindsey Gardner needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can run a daycare how it should be.

No masks or on improperly and they deal with children? Despicable to see professionals with no regard to children during a pandemic.

The crazy thing is they only give you one week vacation , other time if you take vacation with kids they still need to charge you , that is so crazy and weird rule never heard . They need to charge you the service they don’t provide . Crazy
