Snoty kids with rude mouths!I love Chipotle ❤️ Alway try and find one when I am traveling.Shame on the Manager for hiring mouthy children!!Also the guacamole was old and brown. This was one of the best, cleanest, and most delicious chipotles at which I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was very hospitable and welcoming, the service was fantastic, and the portions were huge. Big thanks to the manager on duty, Noah, really well run establishment.

Ordered a to go order at 10:15 pm went to go pick up and they were closed. Door said open and it said my order was ready. I tried to show them I had an order to pick up and the workers wouldn’t even come to the door to talk. Would not recommend after 10 because they aren’t actually open till 11

Staying at hotel nearby and went here for dinner. It was kind of a joke. The location was out of lettuce, guac, fajitas, corn salsa, mild salsa. It seems like everytime I come here there is something always stocked out. Probably last time I come to this

Only one person seemed to be working, and she was working every position! The rest of the staff appeared to not see or hear us. The one person who was working had to stop what she was doing to walk over and take our order, while the others looked at their phones.Vegetarian options: Very limited! It's hard to identify!Dietary restrictions: There's not much to choose from.

People that work there are quick and fast. But Whoever cooks the food needs Training. Steak is too SALTY and some stuffs are not cooked properly.

Rice doesn't get cooked at all. Its repeatedly having this issue . Rice is completely raw and we have to just throw this rice bowl. This rice bowl is totally inedible .Not sure why there is such a hurry in cooking the rice. So bad that they are jeopardizing customers health and money. I seriously wish chipotle management gives this a thought.

Wow it’s amazing how horrible this location is. Consistently. My fault for thinking one day I will receive the guac I pay for. I guess that side of Charlotte doesn’t receive avocados or something. And no one answers phone .

Came to the restaurant at 10:07 and the were locking the door even tho closed at 11pm and stated they ran out of food . He then asked if I had an online order and I said no but he was like then we don’t have anymore food.

I am not sure what high schooler is managing this location, but it's become a joke. My orders are constantly wrong. No one ever picks up when you call. My recent wrong order was Sunday, January 21st, 2024. My order arrived a little after 8 pm, missing my chips. I called to ask what happened, no one answered. I tried using pepper chat bot to get my money back, and that was not working, nor would it give me an option to talk to a human. Every time I ask for upper level management to reach out, I am assured they will, they never do. When i showed up to the location to inquire about my chips, they told me they were out. I asked why they didn't update the app to notify consumers that they were out, they claim they have no control over this. I asked why they didn't call me, they claim they have no control over this. I asked why they didn't answer when I called, and a heavyset white guy that looked in his late teens or 20s said that was his fault for not answering. When I asked about a refund, I was told since it was on the app, I should go pound sand, even tho the app wasn't working. I am done with Chipotle, they clearly do not care about customers, look at all the 1 star reviews for this location. The 3 employees who were working that evening kept laughing and cutting up like it was hilarious that my order was wrong and they accept 0 responsibility for it.
