They have what I need, but the lady at the counter is simply horrible. The customer service needs to improve.

Just saw a guy get thrown out, literally pushed out the front door. I thought he was being rowdy and got kicked out. I went in and grabbed my things only to hear that it was closed. I apologized and put things back. They kept repeating that the store is closed and I needed to leave. They ripped the last thing outta my hand and I took off.

I was assaulted by the cashier when I questioned an item that was rung-up incorrectly. The cashier threw a display box that was sitting on the counter then came around and knocked my phone out of my hand because I was videoing her, then she physically pushed me out of the store. It was a horrific experience.

Caught an employee named Robert jr smoking crack behind the dumpster... and I noticed he keeps a gopro connected to his belt so as he's walking around he's recording this could be a problem especially minors... I've been a customer here for 10+ years until today I pick my stuff out someone's in line so in the mean time I walk over to the door make sure my 60k vehicle is locked and then out of nowhere Robert jr start having a temper tantrum saying I'm stealing so he snatch my drink and throw it at the floor I've spent ATLEAST 20k in this store since 2011 never again I'll just go across the street...

Well this is my first ever yelp review I just don't see any other way to draw attention to the matter. I've lived in Charlotte my whole life particularly the quail hollow area so I'm familiar with this store, I've been coming here since my first born daughter was just a baby and it's always been a tidy/ clean store until recently I go to get my morning coffee and as I'm walking in I witnessed an employee if I'm not mistaken his name was Robert smoking a glass pipe on the side of the store, I'm not to familiar with drugs so I'm not sure what it could be. Once I go to pay for my coffee and honey bun I then see him proceed to pick his nose and wipe his boogers on the counter.

I've lived a couple minutes from this store for years and it has always been a quality store with friendly employees. The friendly employee part has changed, the last couple of years. At least, in my experience. I recall their refusal to cash a scratch off winning ticket, despite it being purchased from there, 45 minutes prior. Where once I would always be met with a hello, now it's looks of contempt.

I use to come to this place for years, (location ) I fill up gas, buy cigarettes and coffe.At least twice a week. The one year ago I just stop, because the manners and actitud of the attendants. Today I give a try, bad idea the attendant was very impolite (not because of poor English but the actitud and manners ) I buy a hot dog, the bun was stale, no mustard or Ketchum, and the atention terrible.

I'm 22 have a valid WV id and the older Indian man refused to sell me cigarettes. I could understand it if he would have tried to scan my id and failed but he didn't even try. But all he did was become very rude and insulting. However my 21 yr old girlfriend didn't even have to show her id in order to buy cigarettes. That's messed up. If I could give 0 stars i would.currently awaiting management to settle this issue

Early today I went to this store located in Randolph Rd. and Sharon, I prepared a coffee and this lady came to clean the area when I heard she said. these Hispanics always come to mess here (that's discrimination and racism) someone should give customer service classes to this lady. moreover, I should not work in this store because of bad customer behavior. from my part I will not enter again if she remains in that place??

This circle k is usually under stocked. Often there's a wet rag in front of the beer cooler. The energy drinks are usually wiped out, monsters in particular.

Pay attention to the price on your item and the price that it rings up for. They up charge you at the register and when u show them the correct price, they tell u they can only charge what's on the register. That's false advertising and robbery!!! This is not the first time. But it's the last. Won't be back!!!

Clean lot and clean inside. Employees are friendly and helpful. Good selection of snacks and candy. Just wish they had some Sprite Zero. I've visited numerous times and they don't have it.
