Just wanted something to drink at 3:00 am. African lady in there was behind the register wouldn’t let me in the store. It saids 24 hours but I guess owners like to lie.

Just left there after giving the cashier 8 dollars and the gas wouldn't turn on. When I go back inside he refused to fix it or give me money back. He stole my 8 dollars!! He pocketed it,!

the cutoff for selling alchohol legally is 2:00AM. they cut it off 10 minutes before out of admitted laziness. I understand but maybe just take the money offered and do you job?

The truth is there are many people who would like the position they have. The drivers in this gas station are very rude... today this morning was the last straw. I taught my children how to pay and change. My niece confidently asked me to come in and buy something to take to her school and I went in. but the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be said... they are supposed to be kind and above all respectful.... when she paid she started counting her money and they told her to hurry up because they didn't have her time... which a man told them that they had to be patient... and my niece says aunt they were fighting... the man defended me... an 11 year old girl... d3 11 years old. Which one has to teach them how to be respectful. ...

Every time I come into the store I get attitude, disrespect and no service from the old black guy that works there as a cashier. I witnessed him this morning refusing to get a gentleman a pack of cigs. The cashier held up about 6 other people in line for 10 minutes, because he didn't want to read a pack of cigarettes' or something. The guy clearly stated what he wanted and the black cashier refused to even TRY.

The older black guy that works there makes the entire store look bad. Every time I come in (and I'm an every day regular..) if he is working, it's guaranteed that I'm going to get an attitude and issues when he checks me out. No less than 8 different occasions now this has happened. He refuses to read cigarette packs and asks for colors instead, well, I'm color blind and I told him they all look the same to me and to please read the pack. He refused. Multiple times. After 10 minutes of going back and forth with him and him holding the entire line of customers up, because he refused to just get me the pack of cigs unless I gave him some color of the pack. I had to leave because I was so irritated and didn't want to have to cause any more of a scene than he already was, just because he refuses to read a cig pack and get what I asked for behind the counter.
Again, this isn't a 1 time occurrence. It's every single time I come in and he is working.

I visit this location every blue moon in the morning and it's always the same experience. The immigrants that work there seem to elevate themselves by having contempt for African American customers. I have no idea where the photos of a great staff came from, as it is NOT the staff here. Mumble struggle English, compounded by periodic confusion of job , that's projected to appear as if it's the customers fault.

This is the absolute cleanest Circle K I've been to. The coffee area is always spotless when the older gentleman is working and keeping the store clean. I hope Management understands what a special employee they have.
