This goes for Circle K as a brand in general in the Charlotte area. I travel quite a bit and drive around town for work. A gas station should be a ONE STOP SHOP. I want fair priced gas, beverages, snacks and CLEAN, FUNCTIONING RESTROOMS. Epic fail for them on the last. I can’t tell you how many times, including today, that I stop at a Circle K and the restroom is closed/ not in order.
I’ve been disappointed so many times here with that - in clutch times where I really needed to use the restroom, too. I now go to QuikTrip where I have NEVER had this issue. I do t even care that I’m missing a discount on gas through Upside and Lyft. I am growing to dislike Circle K as a brand, especially in the Charlotte area. Y’all had one job. How the bathrooms, in multiple stores on multiple occasions don’t work? QuikTrip is killing y’all in service and consistently delivering decent facilities.

Register rings up different prices than listed on shelves, and attendants refuse to honor listed prices.

This location has a few male employees that think they are border patrol I guess...
You working at a gas station.. don't that to your head because literally you don't have any. Power...

Dude I had 6 drinks on the counter to buy.
And the big kid said wait why you have all those straws.. you can't have all those straws.
just one .
I grabbed the handful of straws off the counter and left the 30$ worth of drinks I was about to purchase. The stupid was no reason for him to be like that ....
Hey if you hate your life then get a better job. I'm not the reason you can't get a better job..

Scams gas. Will report them to NCDOJ and NCDA. Paid $20 for 2.74 a gallon and only got 6.34 gallons but it’s supposed to be 7.29 gallons. I got all the proof. It counted $20.00 and 6.34 under on the pump screen.

The guy that works mornings with curly black hair is rude to everyone. I'm going somewhere else in the morning because no one needs that negative attitude. QT is right down the street. They're nicer to their customers.

Worst circle k I have ever been to. I bought an item and had a $20 bill I ask for the rest in gas he said that’s not an option you have to tell me how much exactly you want in gas. And I said the whole thing. He made me take out my calculator and subtract my total from what I needed in gas. He was rude and not helpful at all. Never going back

9726 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270Only one that is a great employee is the dude with the ponytail./.He actually tells people to put their phone number in to save money on tobacco..Hell the money I would’ve saved over the years — if I did this .. who knows ..$$$Frump kid is rude - doesn’t print receipts (then says it’s too late for a receipt.. I think the new automated machine is to boot him ..!Good thingsGood selection of snacks and beer ..The older dude who sweeps the parking lot is also a nice guy ..Otherwise- just complain to corporate..Blah ?

Horrible experience at this location. Broken technology, terrible customer service, and suspected scamming.TLDR : fake charges repeatedly added to my purchase.This Circle K has installed a new type of self checkout technology where you place all your items at once on a pad and it automatically scans them and adds it to your cart (similar technology to the book scanners used at public libraries).Presumably they installed the since they lack the staff to properly run the business.I placed my items on the pad and they were all scanned and to my bill. Right when I was about to pay, the system added an additional 2 random items that I did not have to my bill.These additional items were no where near the scanner, so it was not a case of accidental scanning of nearby items.No worries, I just removed those false items from the cart and tried to checkout again. Right when I went to pay, it added another additional two random items to my cart, increasing my bill again.The machine was clearly faulty, so when the employee finally entered the store I asked for assistance. I explained that I just wanted to pay for my items and leave, but it kept adding extra random items to my bill. The worker was rude, but she did attempt to fix my order.She fixed my checkout cart, and again for the THIRD time, right when I was about to pay it added an additional random item. This time I was not quick enough to notice the fake item being added to my cart until after my credit card purchase went through.I saw the total was higher than it should be, so I let the worker know that the system charged me for an item that I didn't purchase. I should also note that even though there was a receipt machine next to this self check out, there was receipt given and no option to print a receipt.This is extremely shady technology from Circle K. The machine repeatedly adds extra items to a person's checkout at the last second right before paying, and doesn't provide a receipt. The way it operates appears to be a scam to get extra revenue with each purchase and hope the customer doesn't notice.She told me to just go grab that item from the store and take it. I told her I didn't want that extra item, I just wanted to buy my food and leave. She was able to go in the back and print me a receipt that clearly shows I was charged for an extra item, but she said she couldn't get me a refund and I would have to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager.

If I didn’t have to put one star. I wouldn’t !!! This young man you see in the picture name is Horae. He has been very rude to me numerous mornings that I come to this store to purchase my items for lunch every day at work he refuses to check me out stating that there’s something wrong with the register and there’s only self-pay registers. And because I was not able to purchase my items. He told me to take my business across the street to Foodlion. I spoke with his manager about how I was treated on 3 different occasions. And management has not done anything about this young man. Other customers has said , he doesn’t aloud EBT on his shift. And has been rude to them also.So if you want great customer serviceGo to foodlion across the street.

All Circle K's should be QT's. I'm sure the owners and staff of all Circle K's actually do their shopping at QT but unfortunately they don't seem to be learning anything about service and cleanliness.Worst guest service and the parking lot is horrendous to navigate. Terrible design.
