Stopped to get gas at 5:00pm on a WEDNESDAY and Bouggt a Car Wash with the gas… the pump receipt tape is out and prompts me to go in and get it from the cashier. Only…. There Are NO Cashiers and the Actual Store is closed somehow…. I paid for a Car Wash that I want. No one answers the number called and there is no voicemail. Do Not Bother Stopping Here as they Do not Bother Staffing the Store in one of the BUSIEST Parts of Town during Rush hour. What a joke.

Do NOT get gas at this store. Their pumps do not work! The proceeded to tell me "its you"! I invited him to the pump to show him and he saw with his own eyes the pump does not work. Did not care. Went to QT and my card worked and their pump worked great.

It’s a 1 for me on the service I received today. Went this morning around approximately 6:50Am, the male employee that you had working this morning needs more training on how your gas pumps work because he is totally inept when it comes to it.

I am beyond livid with the Circle K location at 9100 Monroe rd. They have been advertising the njoy ecig start up kit on the window of their store for $3.99 for probably a week now. So when we went to purchase it the lady told my husband that the ad was incorrect and it was really $5.99. In stead of doing the right thing by the customer and selling the product as advertised at $3.99 she absolutely refused. This was a mistake on their part not ours and should have been honored and taken down. I work in the hospitality industry and where I come from the customer is ALWAYS right. ESPECIALLY if it was a mistake on our part. There are hundreds of stores around that we can choose to go to but we frequent this store often and have spent a good bit of our hard earned money there. With this pandemic going on everyone needs all the help they can get with deals.. We will NEVER be back. Just lost our business and all of my friends that i tell this story too as well. And with the way social media is these days these reviews are seen by alot of people.Very unprofessional. They dont even deserve the 1 star I left. If i could leave a 0 star I would.
