Garbage customer service. Wouldn’t honor the deal posted on the door. Tried to charge me $20 and when I wouldn’t pay it, she told me she’d rather take the ad off the door than to fix the price. Clearly trying to make $15 off of me under the table.

African American female cashier tried ripping my friend off. He gave her a $100 bill and she didn't return the full change. She tried to keep $15 for herself thinking he wasn't going to notice. She tried lying about it but after a good 30 mins of us pressuring her she ended up returning the $15. Honestly that is very low and I would be ashamed to have someone like her working for me. We pulled up around 6:30 on Saturday May 31 2025. I didn't get her name but the owner showed know her with the shift.

Horrible customer service. I've been to alot of Circle K's and I believe the manager in the morning is the rudest employee I have ever met. It seems she's always in a bad mood, if you don't like your job or feel like customers are a issue then find another job. Garbage cans by the pumps are always overflowing, Garbage on the floor. Bathroom smells like a sewer collection site. Water spills or soda spills by the drink dispensers. No wet flor signs anywhere. Horrible just Horrible all around. And looks like a few employees need a drug screening cause they seem on Cloud 9.

The store and outside of the store is always clean. No homeless hanging out in front. The register is self serve. Put your items on the reader, pay and go.

This gas station is a major problem in the community. There are shootings, and gang activities. At night, gangs of teens hang out in front of the gas station, and smoke and sell weed. This gas station is a community hazard, and needs to be shutdown. I stopped going because it’s dangerous, and the workers are just as ghetto as the people who loiter there. I’ve already filed a complaint to the City of Charlotte. It’s businesses like yours that continue to infest and destroy communities. There is a bad essence there.

I have been going to this gas station for the past 16 years. These past 2 years it has just gotten worse. Employees here are in competent. More concerned with their phones. You got people coming in parking in the parking spots and just hanging there for hours while walking around in the parking lot and making it hard to drive thru to get gas or find a spot. On top of that they will also park at the pump and just hang without even getting gas. The total disrespect they have towards the public is beyond me. Obvious drug deals daily in that parking lot. Funny thing is there is a No Loitering sign they stand in front of. Guess they never learned. Reading is fundamental. Not sure why the cops wont patrol this gas station during the night.

Too much loitering in the front of store. Fountain drinks machine consistantly out of order. The big with short hsir will not stop talking on her phone even when checking a customer out. Awful
