Saturday June 3rd 3pm was my visit. I didnt get the clerks name but I see her often. Like normal the store is short staffed and she's being a trooper. 30 customers back to back to back, this poor woman is getting slammed and she's the only one there. Kept a smile on her face the whole time and not once did she forget about me patiently waiting for a break in customers so she could assist me. These 5 stars are for her. This is her normal approach to her job mind you. Just thought I'd point it out.

I specifically asked him if the Croissants were fresh and he said YES. It might was fresh yesterday but most definitely NOT today. Do yourself a fav and don't buy 'em. Croissant taste from yesterday morning

Not open 24 hours. Showed up to sign that says store is open at 6am. Employee shows up with a bag of take out breakfast goes inside and then locks the door. It is after 6am now.

not open 24 hours rode for 10 mins for nothing yall say open 24 hour for a small piece of paper to say store close reopens at 6... that's not 24 hours how hard is it to update a website ...??? a waste of time

Decent enough though I wouldn't buy gas here. It is just so close to Carowinds across the border into South Carolina where you will save at least 10 cents per gallon. The store itself is a typical Circle K. I like that they do the brew-to-order coffee here with a couple different flavors. Small, medium, large cups are under $2.50. Not cheap but certainly cheaper than a drip at those green siren people. Lots of snack options, salty and sweet. Hot dogs and chicken wings and pizza. Some pre-made sandwiches and fresh (ish) snacks. The gas station out front has a dozen or so pumps with a nice high cover. It is currently a distributor for Shell products. I don't know if I would choose this Circle K over the QuikTrip just a half mile north. South of here, there is nothing for a couple of miles until you get to Steele Creek Road. Please close this station and turn the lights off since y'all never open. 11pm, 5am, 6am on any given day, lights on and nobody's home. Just a sad handwritten note saying "we're closed".

Those of us who live in Charlotte all (at least kind of) know. Circle K's aren't exactly known as the mark of quality among gas stations around here. They're usually pretty sketchy at best, you're usually going to deal with a rude cashier, and you're more than likely going to get hit up for money by at least one homeless person - it's the way it is with these joints. That said, this particular location isn't particularly great or anything, BUT it's at least one of the better ones in the area.
