If I could give zero stars, I would!!! I do not recommend this vet's office to anyone! My dog is aggressive. She needs to be sedated every time we bring her in just to get her ears clean and her nails cut cost us hundreds of dollars. It is very stressful to put my dog & us through this every couple months but my husband and I cannot touch her without getting bit. So we have no choice!! The last couple visits, I kept expressing to the doctor about my dog's right ear, how she keeps shaking her head. All the vet continuously does is clean the inside of my dog's ear never checks the outside. So I just recently noticed my dog has an ear hematoma, and that has been the problem this whole time. So I called and left a message at the vet's office that I would like to move my appointment that I have set up closer because my dog is suffering in pain right now with a ear hematoma, that should have been taken care of like two months ago. I also wanted to speak to the vet. So this morning I received a call from a man named chris and I ask who he is and he tells me he is the office manager, so I said not sure why you are calling when I asked for the doctor to return my call.
So after I explained myself and how I felt about how my dog is taken care of, I basically got told to take my dog somewhere else!!!! Knowing my dog is suffering in pain right now with a ear hematoma that their doctor should have fixed. My dog would not be going through this right now if she would have taking care of what was wrong with my dog!!!!!
What a way to handle this situation!!!! HORRIBLE ???????? what an easy fix, tell the client to go somewhere else, REAL PROFESSIONAL instead of doing the right thing & HELPING THE DOG!!!!
Funny how I can't respond in a separate message. You can say whatever you want while my dog suffers!!

All of the staff and vets here are great. They take their time and explain everything and answer any questions for you. This is the only place I will go for my pets needs.

Worst experience of my life. This clinic is only after money. Was going to be my first visit bc my dog was really needed to be seen and because I missed one appointment they dont want to take him in ever. Took my deposit gave reason why I missed but they refused to take him in future. They dont care abt your pets, they only care about your money. Be careful. This person’s name was sharlanor shirleen

Very good staff and people who work there care about you and your pet like it there own.
Always clean and able to get appointment when ever I call. Have been using them for many years with both my dog and cat.

We've been to MANY of the various vets around Charlotte, and we won't go anywhere else but Clear Creek. From the front desk to the the doctors and everyone in between, it's very apparent how much they truly care about your pets, and that is something you can't attach a price to. We have two vets that are much closer to us now that we live in Matthews but after trying one of them and not feeling anywhere close to the level of love we get at clear Creek we quickly decided we won't be going back there. Shout out to Libby at the front desk who is always a charm. I recently had to put my cat Ting Ting down who had been my best friend for 20 years. It was an incredibly difficult experience for me but they handled it with the upmost care and respect. You really couldn't ask for more. They are our vets for life. We wouldn't bring our fur babies anywhere else!

When we moved to Charlotte, one of the first things we needed was a vet for our pup, and this place has been stellar. It feels personal and attentive to us AND our little one, and when we brought home a new puppy they have been exactly the same. The best part is the call backs to check on them after vaccines and appts. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality vet care. They treat our pups like family!
