?? Majority of the negative reviews left isn't over exaggerated. Customer service is questionable, and so is the productivity of the staff workers. You'll tend to have more bad encounters than you will good. No one forces these people work here ??

The young black girl who works on the left side counter is without a doubt the rudest human on the planet. I dont understand how people who are downright antisocial get put out front, and i'd hate to think she ever touched a perscription in any way, she just doesn't appear to be very intelligent.

This pharmacy is awful. The only reason I've stayed with them is because my son sees the oncologist upstairs in the same building and the medications he's on is difficult to get at a regular pharmacy. But its still difficult to get the medications at this pharmacy! You would think since the doctor is right upstairs things would be smooth but half the time they don't see the prescription order so I end up waiting. And the half of the time they don't communicate with me about the prescription. I live 30 minutes away from this pharmacy and I'm always making extra trips to pick up medicine that's not ready. And when I do call to ask anything the people are always extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. And the fact that no one is replying to these bad reviews on Google should tell you they do not care to try and improve their system or customer service.

Mrs Audrey was phenomenal in teaching me how to prepare and administer my medications. Mrs Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me obtain the best price based on my insurance (called after hours to explain everything to me). These ladies really care and I’d highly recommend them and this pharmacy.

0 STARSI wish my update review was better than the last but no. I completely ran out of my anti rejection medication because of this pharmacy. Order medication a week ago to be delivered. Nothing. And yes I left a message. Monday I call, no one knows what I'm talking about. Was told to call my doc to asap order. Okay did that. Go to PICK UP order, still not ready.

For months they continue to reroute my prescription to the new location off of Kenilworth when my doctor specifically sends it to the Blythe Blvd location. This was suppose to have been resolved, but it was not. They do not take responsibility for their inability to conduct business in an honest manner with effective communication. My doctor has their correct address on file and has confirmed that on more than one occasion. Recently, a prescription of mine was filled, yet it sat there for three days and no one bothered to call me. I had to call on my only day off to learn that they no longer had my number on file. When I complained of poor service, they talked over me, got rude and spoke with prejudiced in their remarks as they pointed the finger at both me and my doctor for creating a poor experience. Take your money elsewhere!

Use to be a great pharmacy . Now they lack communication and they are rude . My daughter heart meds weren't filled when I put a request for it and had to wait an hour for them to make it and they didnt even call when it was ready and when I asked why they say idk and look at me like I was stupid.

I use to have some difficulty/confusion with my insurance and getting some of my meds on time from the pharmacy but there are a few special people working there. One of them for sure is Courtney. She is a very polite, professional, and hard worker for the pharmacy. She Always greets me with a smile, organizes my med orders and handles any issue that I may have. I truly appreciate her hard work.
