Amazing variety and prices. Store was neat, clean and orderly. Got some comfortable heels just in time for spring. Lou was so gracious and kind! I’m a Cole Haan fan now.

My husband and I just purchased a pair of shoes and a handbag at this Charlotte, NC outlet location. We received exceptional customer service. Each team member was kind, helpful and courteous. I absolutely love that there is a Cole Haan Outlet in the Charlotte Premium Outlets. I come here often to see if there are any deals or new items in stock. My husband loves wearing Cole Haan dress shoes to work, Cole Haan sneakers outside of work, and Cole Haan running/walking shoes. It is safe to say that he is obsessed. He claims that they are the most comfortable of their kind. They have a beautiful way of making a dress shoe feel and look comfortable without sacrificing style. They also make women's shoes which are equally as comfortable. I bought a pair of black booties that were both stylish and comfortable and I wore them to work everyday for years. My husband also gifted me a 3/4 length black wool coat that is warm, stylish, and perfect for winter work trips. They have women dress shoes, heels, sandals, running shoes, and sneakers too. They also sell a variety of socks, wallets, satchels, backpacks, purses, rain coats, sunglasses, belts, and leather preserving and cleaning kits.
