Bought a kindle from here as well. Was priced suspiciously at only $5 and sure enough it was marked stolen/marked according to Amazon. For as much detail as they put into each item being priced, they knew for sure this was a stolen item more than likely. Scummy businessExtremely over priced. This isn’t a “thrift store”. They are selling jeans for $35 that are worth half that, books are $5, etc. every item in here has been looked up online and then given a price that’s higher than that.

The store is very clean and the people are nice. But the store is ridiculously pricey. I shop all over the United states and never seen anything like this store prices. From the looks of the area I'm not sure how they can afford this store....sad!

The parking was tight. The store did have organization to the sections. Not to many toys. The check out line was ridiculous it gave me a moment to ponder in the price of things. There was a boutique counter with it's own attendant for I guess the jewelry which was costume and some popular shoes and purses.

has a good staff and a collection of pretty alright clothes but priced higher than retail?? that’s ridiculous and part of the reason why they have a selection in the first place. this is NOT a thrift store nor are they for the community, thrift elsewhere preferably non profit organizations! this place has always been more pricey than others but with these updated prices and policy’s store might as well take the thrift out the name too.

Now a resell store, can no longer be considered a thrift. Compares prices to unsold eBay items. 150$ for a used jacket that was given to them for free. Purely here for profit not the community.

The prices at this store are absolutely outrageous. $12.99 for 1 pre-owned Charter Club bath towel, men’s silk shirt $38.99, shoes $24.99. Kitchen chairs, artwork are reasonably priced and books are okay. They seem to price very high so they can run color tag sales which is just a hassle to calculate every item you are interested in. 2 stars because the store is relatively clean and the employees are nice. If you are a reseller this is not your source; if you are looking for yourself then plan on a lot of math to determine what is affordable.

Overpriced and rude. The manager tried to touch my wife inappropriately and then asked me to leave when I asked kindly for him to not assault her. Never go to this place.

***** this place is overpriced to the point where almost everything they sell is significantly cheaper on ***** It's been this way for well over a year and a half it used to be a nice thrift store where you can find good deals now you might as well just buy everything on **** and Amazon. I feel sorry for the shoppers than dont understand that.

The store is great! You can find some really cool stuff at great prices. The reason for the 2 stars is certain managers. They are EXTREMELY rude and very very kid unfriendly. They placed all of the toys right in front of the doors they use to to bring merchandise out into the store all day so if your even looking at the toys you are in their way and they very rudely let you know. If your kid is more than a foot away from you then they will make harsh comments to you and your children. There are a few employees that are AMAZING but the rude managers make you feel unwelcome to say the least. I've been shopping at this store for over 30 years and it's been one of my favorites but feeling like a burden or unwelcome because of my child is unacceptable especially when 80% of what we buy is toys and children items and we spend hundreds every visit.

Let me start by saying this thrift store had some really nice things. But what I can't get past is the pricing.... They need to train these people on how to price it is very unacceptable. I am well aware that things have went up in price, but This place is ridiculous with their pricing. They are literally taking from the community and adding little value, because the people in the community can't afford this stuff. I thrift shop around the whole United States and never have seen prices this high especially for the location. There's no way people in this community can afford these prices. They ought to be ashamed of their self. Shame on you community thrift store of Charlotte. Please stop donating at these kinds of places with only one thing in mind is money!!!!

please don't go here if you are disabled and have a service animal, they kicked me out claiming that one of the employees was allergic. when i told them that was against the law and explained the ADA the manager just kept telling me i didn't care if his employee died. awful, inaccessible thrift store. i hope they don't treat disabled veterans with service dogs this badly, since they claim to care about them so much.
