We are so grateful for the kindness and expertise of Dr. Johnson and the staff at Compassionate Care! Our cat Hope has been medicated for symptoms of oral pain, though she's had all necessary dental work done. We felt we needed another vet opinion and contacted Dr. Johnson. She spent a lot of time assessing Hope and has several treatment ideas awaiting test results. She said she's "excited because she thinks she can help". A great experience for all of us, thank you.

I took my little chiweenie there. I was worried sick about him. I could just tell he was very sick and not himself. They did blood work. Turns out he had a urinary tract infection. So instead of starting him on IV medications they let him stay up there all day and called me at about 3:30 to come get him. And send him home with oral antibiotics and probiotics for me to try to cram down his throat. I got two doses in him that night and the next morning he was dead. He was 7 years old and would have easily survived a urinary tract infection if they hadn't let it get sold bad that it was too little too late. I had three dogs at the time and I had taken all my dogs to them. But I told them that day I said I don't care what it takes, this is my baby and save him at no expense. So I would not recommend compassionate veterinary Care even though they did pay for his cremation. I think that was out of guilt because they knew that they could have saved him and they knew they dropped the ball. My name is John Knight. And my dog's name was Peanut.

We just moved 2 weeks ago and didn't have a vet. I was already interested in this vet clinic based on reviews. They got us in the same day (pup was sick). Dr. Johnson was the nicest vet I have encountered!!!! She was knowledgeable and didn't rush. With it being curbside due to COVID, I was worried maybe we could get ripped off not being right there with my dog or that they may try to do a lot of unnecessary things. Nope. It was great. Also, they went over what the minimum and max amount would be for us. And then they said they would call me if they needed to do anything extra as well (X-rays, etc). This place is great. Glad we found our new vet!!!!

We moved to CLT from KC two years ago and with covid we never had a chance to find the right vet. It was time to put our senior dog down and we we to CCVH for care. They were amazing. We not only received so many answers about Teddy’s health that we were not getting elsewhere. We decided to continue with euthanasia and though it was soooo hard and emotional, at the same time it was so beautiful. He was treated with love and tenderness. They gave us time to say our final goodbye and were so aware of our needs. Needless to say, we have moved our second dog’s records to this office and have found our fur babies vet! Thank you Dr Webb and team. You blessed us more than you will ever know.

Today is Leo's first visit to the veterinary clinic. I chose compassionate care because my best friend Michellr brings her dog Kaep, here and she is always very satisfied. Scheduling the appointment over the phone was very easy and I was able to fill out his forms online. Upon arrival you call the clinic and they come outside to pick up your pup the staff is wearing masks. The information that is given to you is very consistent staff relayed the same information as the doctor does. Dr. Stewart, gave Leo his first examination and she called me promptly to tell me how it went. I am already over satisfied and happy that I chose compassionate care to take care of my new puppy Leo. Adrianna, was very sweet & I trust her with my new love, Leo. Teresa, always provide world-class customer service over the phone I know this because I'm always around when my best friend calls in about her dog and now I can trust that same personality when I call Lena BA Leo!
