This location did not take appointments. The electronic intake form would not accept my email address. The phlebotomist had to stick me three times for the blood draw.

The wait was a little crazy but they only had one provider. Had an issue with them running my daughter's insurance and was told it wasn't active. I just used self pay and originally paid like $135 and then was called back up and said it's actually $180.Called my insurance after we were done and it was very much active. My card had all the exact same information they had. We waited maybe 30-40 minutes in the waiting room and the provider saw us for maybe 5 minutes and then waited another 30 just to be discharged. Everyone was super nice and it was not the provider's fault they are understaffed. They also originally called my ex husband's name to come back and he wasn't even with us. He is however the insurance holder that they couldn't apparently verify. I did list my daughter as the patient on the paperwork. Doesn't seem like this place has their stuff together.Edited to add after talking to billing I find out they didn't even type my daughter's birthday in right, which was the whole problem with insurance. The billing department was awesome luckily. I will NEVER come back to this location again.

I was sent to Concentra to get a TB test for part of my new job’s clearance. The nurse was very professional during the intake process. The nurse who did my shot was also very professional.
