Concentra Urgent Care provides occupational health services including injury care, physical exams, and urgent care. Reviews note the staff at the front desk and in therapy are often very kind, helpful, professional, and superb with an excellent bedside manner, greeting patients by name. Many visits are handled in an efficient manner, getting patients in and out quickly without hassle or delay in a clean and orderly office. However, one experience reported an unpleasant demeanor from a customer representative when the front desk was unattended. The location is generally found to be convenient.

Receptionist were very nice and professional. I was just irritated cause I was in so much pain. I was just ready to go.. Dr Dickerson and nurse was awesome and professional.. I wasn’t looking around for problems. I was in so much pain. I was ready to get in there and out so I can get home and lay down.
