Four weeks into the semester and my daughter's baking and pastry arts kit is still not available online. Also the uniforms she ordered have not arrived. Both are required and essential for baking class on Monday. Emails have not been answered. We're forced to make an extra, hour-long trip to the main bookstore in hopes of finding a solution before her class starts. (Update: Visited physical store. Still some confusion regarding uniforms, but staff was eager to help and apologetic.)

They failed to send my daughters digital book code so she was without it for two weeks when classes began. You have to go in because they don't answer the phone. BUT, when I went in, they were very helpful.

Book bundles not ordered properly. A lot of confusion on purchases. I know they transitioned to Follett. But so far I'm not impressed.

They never have anything in stock, I need the books and materials before class starts! I placed my order far enough ahead I shouldn't have had any problems. But guess what?? Second semester in a row that I've had issues getting materials and books. Class starts Monday and out of my 7 classes I only have material for 2!!Side note, the older gentleman working has been really kind and nice!

The book Store is a mess, they sold me the wrong access code, and now I am unable to complete my assignments for my class that is due on Monday at 10 AM. The people working there are really nice but the quality of service provided by CPCC to the students is horrible. They have been changing the way we can purchase our codes and books so now they ruined my GPA because if the professor doesn't accept to give me more time I will not be able to complete my assignments. I'm so mad and disappointed that CPCC is changing things and making their student's life more difficult.

I’ve already had a bad experience with this book store. It’s 3pm and the employees here have been hanging up my phone calls for absolutely no reason. I had a simple question that could have been answered over the phone but thanks to pure laziness, I will have to drive over to the store.

Everything you need while attending CPCC this coming Fall 2022 semester can be found at the bookstore. Backpacks, writing material and writing utensils, books for each and every course offered, snacks, drinks, chargers, hot coffee... you name it.... I even bought my first laptop from here with my Pell Grant/financial aid money.

CPCC bookstore expects book rentals returned same day as your class ends. If I ship a book it’s not going to be there in two days and As a online student I don’t live close enough to make a trip to drop it off. Then when I reached out for assistance I was blew off. Poor customer service on CPCC’s part. Best buy the book so that you do not have to interact with them.

I drove my daughter to the bookstore at CPCC and it was closed with no instructions on how to pick up her books for her class that has already started. Terrible!

They moved down the street to the next block since last I purchased a book from them. Staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. Not busy at 830a.
