About month ago brought my iphone 14 pro max for repair (front and back). Josh was very helpful and ordered parts needed. Price was $425 which much lower than another shop. Next day I brought my phone and in couple hours it got fixed. Pretty much same day I noticed that when I am getting notifications my screen doesn’t lights up, also it’s getting really hot and battery drains very fast. I came back to the shop and Josh informed me that screen is not original Apple screen but problems connected to software. New software came out and nothing changed. I went to different CPR and they replaced screen so it’s stop getting hot but I had to continue use always on display to see my notifications. Another thing happened that when i was adding cards to the wallet it’s started showing me phone number to call to verify my account, it was scammers. I did my own research and there is high possibility that non original screens can contain specific bug to track your stuff. I took my phone to Apple and they said that screen won’t support many features original screen had.
I ended up trading in my phone because it’s simply wasn’t functioning well anymore, speakers start messing up as well.
Maybe it’s just my phone but there are stories on Reddit about similar issues.

CPR Cell Phone Repair saved my phone—and my sanity.
I don’t do reviews, but I make an exception for the best and worst services. This one is the best.
After wasting five full days with another repair shop that couldn’t be bothered to communicate (and ultimately admitted they couldn’t fix the issue), I was left with a phone that had a screen falling out like my cat trying to escape from a vet visit. Turns out, the previous reps had replaced the back housing but forgot to install an LCD seal. Without it, the screen wasn’t secure, and surprise—down it fell, tearing both the LCD flex cable and the proximity sensor flex cable in the process.
Enter Josh at CPR Cell Repair—a legend in the making. I walked in right before closing with a phone that looked like it had been through a demolition derby. Josh didn’t flinch. He assessed the damage, rolled up his sleeves, and had my phone fully fixed in 15 minutes. No drama. No excuses. Just pure, professional excellence.
Josh, you’re awesome. CPR, thank you for hiring someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I can’t say how pleased I am with the friendly personable service. My 2023 MacBook Pro 14” screen needed to be replaced. He was not only affordable and cheaper than everyone else but faster than all. He called me back to pick it up less than 12 hours from the time I dropped it off. He will get all of my business. You will not be disappointed!

Disappointing. Business hours listed incorrectly. Shop is not open on Saturdays. Trip across the city in vain.
Follow up ro response: Assurant shared CPR's business hours through an online link showing store open for business on Saturday. In addition, Saturday business hours are listed on the door of the store's entrance.
