Jacob Rocks!!!! I went shopping for a Ninja Creami and was greeted by the kindest and most helpful human being. Between the great customer service interaction and understanding my needs, before I knew it I had the Creami of my dreams (deluxe of course, I love my creamiccino’s) Now my sister is graduating and I’ll be buying her one as her gift and I hope Jacob is there to help me again. When you meet good people, you just know! This is now my FAVORITE Crate and Barrel I’ve EVER shopped at from NYC to Austin, Texas! Thank you!

My experience at Crate and Barrel was exceptional. There was great service and the employees made it very easy for me to find what I was looking for. I will be coming back very soon!

The store itself is visually stunning, but my experience with the staff leaves much to be desired, hence the two-star rating. Despite being ready to make a purchase during a midday visit, I was met with silence from the employees. Even when I was the only customer on the bottom floor with multiple employees present, no one offered assistance. It became so frustrating that I resorted to browsing on my own and ultimately made my purchase online. It's disheartening that the beauty of the store is marred by such lackluster customer service. On a recent visit, I encountered another frustrated customer who joked about resorting to her Facebook group for advice on furniture because of the poor service inside the store. It's clear that I'm not alone in experiencing this issue.Overall, while the store itself may be aesthetically pleasing, the complete lack of engagement from the staff makes for a disappointing shopping experience. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and improve the level of customer service in the future.

Walked through the entire store slowly and stopped in several areas never was approached or greeted 2 employees standing by the door as I walked into the store so with this type of service this store is not for me best of luck to your business

I have had a very tough time reaching SMEG about the drip coffeemaker that I purchased. I love the coffeemaker, but trying to get a human being at SMEG has been a horrible ordeal. I called the South Park store and Tasha Intriere went above and beyond to try and help me figure out how to contact them. She provided me with some numbers I didn’t have and also a different email address than what I had.I have emailed SMEG and hope to get a response, but I am grateful to Tasha for all her help. She went above and beyond.Thank you Tasha. Whenever I get to Charlotte, I will absolutely visit this store!

I came here to return an item and Ms. Deborah T has a terrible attitude. The associate didn’t even greet nor respond when I thanked her. Associates should be trained not to discriminate or treat certain customers less than others. I’ll continue my shopping online if I ever purchase from this store again.

Went to the store today to pick up a $900 rug and exchange an $11 bowl that was clearly flawed. I made the mistake of ordering the bowls (6 of them) in the first place for pick up, so I was not able to pick them myself (although you would expect all Crate & Barrel items to be of excellent quality). After using the bowl, I noticed how badly it scratched from the silverware while none of the other 5 bowls did. After close inspection I noticed the top glaze was missing from the bowl. Well, I got a huge lecture from the sales associate that I should have noticed the glaze was missing before I used the bowl and that she would be making a huge exception in exchanging the bowl for me. Note that I am also well within the 30 day return/exchange time frame. The way I was treated was ridiculous (maybe focus on how good of a customer I am instead). Anyway, be cautious going into this store as the customer service was subpar at best.

We went into the store to get ideas for when we found a home; we spoke with a very very nice, knowledgeable, no- pressure sales associate named Alise. She was so genuine that when we did find a house, we specifically went back to work with her. We had a seamless experience, and 6 dining room chairs were delivered to our new home. The " white glove" delivery was pricey, and we were surprised that the chairs weren't boxed or wrapped when they were brought inside. We didn't actually move in until several weeks later, and when we turned the chairs over to put felt pads on the feet to protect our hardwoods, we saw that four chairs out of six had the stain scratched off them, one chair had a nail sticking out where a plastic foot should have been, and one of the leather seats was not evenly shaded. We called the 800 customer service line and were told that the chairs were sold out, and they didn't have anyone in our area that athey could send out to fix them. They offered us a small percentage off and it was not even enough to get them fixed. This went on for several days, and I was so disappointed with the lack of assistance-- especially after being told by an online associate that Crate and Barrel furniture had a lifetime of support . We hadn't wanted to bother her, but finally decided to call Alise in Charlotte; she was as lovely as ever and spoke with her manager who kindly gave us enough of a credit to have the chairs fixed by a professional. Alise and her manager's kindness was very meaningful, and kept our business for future purchases. Now that's excellent customer service. The 800 line has much to learn about customer satisfaction and standing behind Crate and Barrel's products. We hope Alise will be acknowledged for being a stellar associate and caring human.

Google said they closed at 9, so I drove 20 minutes for them to be closed at 8 on a Saturday. What was even more rude was the lady just staring at us from above the escalator looking confused. I suggest putting hours of operations on both entrances and making your hours on Google accurate. 3 stars because I’ve been here before and had a decent experience.

Beautiful store that does not stand behind their products. I purchased a complete set of dishes by Leanne Ford - the Range salad, dinner plates, large salad bowl, small salad bowl, large serving platter, small serving platter and Brekkie bowls, coffee mugs, serving platter. Unfortunately one of the bowls just cracked in half, it was not dropped, just took it out of the cabinet, set it on a placemat to use for a yogurt and berry breakfast and it just broke in half. I took it back to the Crate and Barrel store where I had made the purchase to get it replaced. The store employee told me that it could only be replaced if it was purchased less than 30 days ago! They only guarantee their products for 30 days! With the money I spent on a complete set, dishes should last longer than 30 days. Also, I was treated badly when I asked for the replacement. I will never shop here again.

There were wood color variations in the piece we selected (in store model looked completely different from picture online) so we decided to drive up to the warehouse to pick up and the team there went above and beyond by pulling several from inventory to make sure the wood color worked for us.

Crate and Barrel has been the furniture store of our choice in our design journey since we set up our family. The furniture pieces are timeless, have high eye appeal and last decades. You can be rest assured of the quality. We have had the very best customer experience with the South Park store in Charlotte, NC. I have posted below 3 pictures of our design journey in order from old to new. Couldn’t have been possible without crate and barrel.
