I have worked with Creative Carpets for over 20 years and they are fantastic. They work with all kinds of broadloom carpets and rugs.I took a woven rug in yesterday that needed several repairs and they called me today saying it was repaired and ready to pick up. When I got there, it looked perfect.Paula talked to me about how to handle any future issues. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable.I had not seen them for awhile and It’s always a joy to work with them!

My fiancé and I called multiple people to help repair the corner of our dining room rug, which was chewed by our dog. Everyone said it would be difficult and may take time until I spoke with Neal and his wife. They assured us that it would not be a problem. It was repaired the same day and came out looking better than when we got the rug! Thank you!!!!

Been taking all my rugs to them when I needed work done for over 8 years. Good work and nice, hard working, honest people. If you are too cheap and don’t respect hard work’s sweat please don’t bug them nor waste their time. If you want quality work done at the best price don’t miss them. They take their work very serious. Rarely do you find such work ethic and commitment these days. That’s all I have to say.

I am so excited to have discovered Creative Carpets! I recently had two hallway runners serged, and am thrilled with the end result and fast turn-around! The Patels are very knowledgeable, helpful with color choices etc., and not to mention, SO nice and welcoming! Highly recommend!!

These guys are the best in town. Husband/Wife team who have years of experience doing everything from small household carpets to large corporate office, downtown banks etc. all well done, masterfully, at great prices. Give them call, I wasn't disappointed.
