This location has the best customer service! Thank you Sarah, Tammy and certainly Kimora. This is my neighborhood CVS and these three ladies make it pleasure with each visit!

Walked across town at 7am because that’s advertised opening time online and at entrance. Locked doors and no employees with handful of customers waiting as of 7:15am.

Store was great, very large and clean. Close location to the hotels in the area. I was visiting on vacation. Although if I return to Charlotte, I would likely go back myself.

The slowest pharmacy. They take foreverrrr. Don't get in the drive thru line unless you have a full tank of gas. It's a shame they do not staff it for how busy they are and their location.

A life saver. However, my vaccinations here did not keep me from getting segregated as a white woman with a 99 percent black community. I live on egg shells even the debris from food disposal not the kitchen sink which by the way look for for your light always on switch for lamps and dishwasher....not normal. is investigated.

Waiting and waiting and waiting for the store to open at 7am like advertised. Every single Saturday this store opens an hour late. This is very frustrating and unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

Had some issues placing and then replacing photos at cvs and Micheal was so helpful! I had called and they got it sorted and checked if any of them printed wrong when it had gotten messed up. They showed me how to reprint them! A great cvs experience thanks to micheal!

This is by far the best CVS on earth, and I’m already a big fan of CVS. However, this store far exceeds any and all expectations I could ever have. First, a special nod to Pharmacy Manager, Terry! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, friendly, and more. I’ve never looked forward to going to a pharmacy before. The whole team feels like home and they always make sure I get the best pricing for my prescriptions and thoroughly answer any questions I may have.Aside from the pharmacy staff being amazing, the store staff is wonderful as well. They recognize me when I come in and I always receive a warm welcome. Retail can be a thankless job, but you would not know that walking into this store. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The store is always immaculate and it’s easy to find what I need.

I've been a CVS Extracare member since the program began and have only had negative experiences at this store. 1st incorrectly accused of not scanning all two items I purchased. Then this year the Mgr. Tatiana would not return my CVS item even with a receipt. She said I "might" be committing fraud. While the district Mgr has corrected the issue, this store has a history of falsely accusing black people of misdeeds. Watch out when going to this location.

This is location to pick up your needs and get out of there quickly. Employees are rude and assume you are self check out. No customer service!! Place is the worst CVS I've ever seen .. ever. Shelves were half empty or half full. Store was junky, disorganized and nasty. Glad I only needed a candle.

I like it here because they always normally have what I'm looking for. Best part is the self checkout by the door so you don't have to wait on staff. Being that most business are short staffed, this feature is critical.

Was there on the morning after the superbowl and the attendiing cvs staff was on his own but man could he multitask. Handling us with our questions and our groceries in the meanwhile handling the broke cooling system; assisting a lady to the self service and havng a conversation with a frequent visitor Been a while since I saw such a serviced minded person. Five stars well earned.

Came here for some essentials, after asking how to locate the item, I was not informed that Iwould need a cashiers assistance. I left because the cashier was then M.I.A. Day 2, started the same way however this time I was told to ring the bell for assistance. 3 rings later....late for appointment, assistant comes, I tell her nail glue (of which there is only one kind) & she asks, what do you want, I show her , she grabs it, heads to self checkout throws my stuff in a bag and walks away......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IM DONE WITH THIS CVS!
