The number of times they have messed up my prescription in terms of dose, wrong fill date, or getting a text when it’s not really ready is becoming concerning at this point. I’ve never had problems with CVS in general (or any pharmacy for that matter), but this location is two thumbs down . Kind of tired of walking in with a 50/50 chance of actually picking up the correct medication my doctor prescribed. This pharmacy is near my work, so it’s convenient, but time to switch. PS both of the main employees at the regular store checkout are super nice - the silver lining of this location. Buy your toiletries from here but not your meds!

Is there not a way for those who are physically waiting for their medications to be filled first? Was told the prescription needed to be repackaged and it would only take about 15 minutes… so I waited, and I waited, and I waited. If it’s going to take over an hour, please just tell us that. We have things to do on our days off, and as someone who has worked retail and now works in healthcare, I know how other people should be treated. This is not it. Just be honest and tell us you are behind instead of making us stand here and waste well over an hour when we could have left and done the things we need to do and come back. It’s a birth control prescription. It doesn’t even need to be counted. It’s already packaged. Why this has taken an hour I have no idea.

SO SO SO SLOW. They absolutely need more staff. It's appalling. Waited 20 mins for a prescription that was ready. Like why?? Hire more people

Terrible customer service and the employees are always rude. Avoid at all costs.Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready even when text alerts notify that prescriptions are ready for pickup.

They gave me the wrong prescription, and when I went to pick up the corrected prescription, they wanted me to pay for the new one in addition to the one they messed up on. I don't expect to be entirely refunded for the entire situation, but having to pay for two prescriptions when they were the ones who made the mistake is a bit absurd. On top of this, they already messed up this prescription once in the past, when they ran out of the one I was supposed to get and started giving me something different without warning.The tech who was working the pickup window seemed understanding of the situation, but they were hesitant to bring it up with the pharmicist. The pharmicist reluctantly owned up to their mistake, but not before trying to make it sound like it was not their fault for filling the wrong prescription multiple times

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years. Today, I called to get a refill of my prescription that needs to be taken nightly. The girl on the phone was not listening to me when I gave her my name and date of birth (after she asked) and asked me to repeat everything which was annoying but whatever. She told me it'd be ready at 6pm. I said, sounds good, I'll be there at 7 (thinking the pharmacy closed at 8). She said okay and hung up, all while being short and not pleasant on the phone. Just pulled up at 7:11 to find that the pharmacy is closed. This girl couldve easily told me this but instead allowed me to go about my day thinking I had plenty of time to pick up my prescription. I've hated this location since I started coming here because of the customer service, but this was the last straw. Getting all my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in Charlotte period!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT go here if you don’t have to! Terrible customer service, & an even worse pharmacy manager!!!!!!!! Very rude ppl who work here! Will NEVER come here again!!!!!!!!!!! They close the pharmacy before closing time. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!

"Worst Experience of Customer Service" CVS Pharmacist Dawn was extremely rude & disrespectful to me. She made a mistake, didn't apologize, & then threatened "to meet me" in the parking lot to discuss the matter further. I am very disappointed as I have been a customer at this pharmacy for @ 5 years & have never been treated so poorly. The manger repeatedly apologized for Dawn's behavior. I will pursue this matter with CVS Corporate. Dawn, in my opinion, lacks ethics, manners, professionalism, & training.

It NEVER fails that there is some issue when trying to fill my prescriptions here. I just get my dog's meds filled here, as my meds come by mail. Even when I triple check with them and the vet, still. Always a problem. They are very unreliable and not consumer driven. If there is an issue, you find out when you go to pick up your meds. This location is extremely busy and what appears to be understaffed. That being said, you will never receive a call telling you that there is an issue. They also do not call or text (even if you opt for that in the app) when your meds are ready. I will never go back to this pharmacy. They seriously need to get it together.

This is a review for just shopping for a couple necessary items. We didn't need any medications or other healthcare items, so I can't comment on that. We stopped by on a Friday evening, and there were two cashiers and another front end associate helping customers checkout quickly. They have a large selection of beauty, personal care, snack, and grocery items. There were 5 customers in line in front of us, and I was shocked at how quickly we found what we needed and checked out. Good work getting customers what they need as quickly as possible!

Terrible. Trying to browse on the aisle and one of the employees comes on the aisle talking very loudly on her cell phone as she snatches tags off the racks, she continues getting closer and closer down the aisle to the point where she's standing right on top of me and my baby still screaming on the phone then she bumped into me. Wtf? As I left I heard 2 couples complaining to each other about how bad it was in there
