Stay away, Worst customer service!!!. Scheduled an appointment with the Minute* clinic but due to traffic in evening hours, was late by 10min. After 30 min wait time, a nurse came up and asked to reschedule the appointment with no regards to grace time.It took nearly 30 min for the nurse just to inform us about rescheduling the appointment????. Never encountered such a rude, disrespectful, lazy staff.Note: Every one wants to go home early but not at the expense of work ethics and moral codes.

Pharmacy department here is the worst i have ever seen. Very rude behavior , bad customer service, no knowledge on manufacturer coupons , prescriptions . This branch manager should reconsider taking a wide customer feedback and restaff this department at the earliest .

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. They move extremely slow. It’s a mess in there and they are never timely, even at the slow times of the day. Pharmacists are rude.

They’re either unorganized or overwhelmed. Every time I have to fill my meds, they have to order it, and it’s never ready when they say it will be. What’s the point of refilling your meds in advance for them not to be ready.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Pricing is always wrong and has to be updated and/or re-confirmed. The drive-thru lines are always long wait times. Hold times on the phone are horrific. To top it all off they close daily for a lunch break in a day and age where people hire enough staff to scatter lunch hours to ensure customer needs are met. I will never EVER go here again.

The CVS Pharmacy located at the intersection of Mallard Creek and Benfield Rd has been observed to provide subpar customer service. The employees seem unengaged, display negative demeanor and wear earbuds, possibly hindering communication with customers. Not to mention Contacting them via phone is nearly impossible.Once again………. The girls in the pharmacy are the rudest people I’ve had to deal with. Yes, I know you’re busy but make eye contact and stop with the attitude!!!!!!

Terrible customer service at pick up register line. They would have 10 people in line and only one pick up register open. Choose Walgreens pharmacy it’s faster and better coustomer service.

(1) There is always a ridiculous line to pick up prescriptions. (2) The pharmacists don’t answer the phone, forcing you to have to go there and contribute to the line problem when most prescription issues could be resolved with a less than 5 minute call. (3) They don’t update you when there is an issue with your prescription or when the issue has been resolved, so you are left not knowing why something isn’t being filled unless, again, you go there and wait in the long lines and stand there looming over their shoulder for resolution. If they updated their computer with the new script or information from your doctor or answered their phone you wouldn’t have to go there.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE, THERES ALWAYS A LINE AND THE EXCUSE IS THE SAME “WE SHORT STAFFED”. IVE CALLED FOR 3 DAYS NO ONE EVER PICKED UP AND IVE BEEN WITHOUT THIS MEDICATION FOR 3 DAYS, WHEN I WENT UP THERE TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACIST, WHO SEEMED TO BE ON THE PHONE WHICH I CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TOO, SHE WAS NO HELP AND AGAIN ANOTHER DAY I LEFT WITH NO MEDICATION. HIRE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM WELL SO THEY WONT QUIT AND WE AS CUSTOMERS WONT HAVE TO BE IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR WITHOUT ANY SOLUTIONS! ??I WILL BE TRANSFERRING MY MEDICINE OUT OF HERE AND THE SAD PART I JUST TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY! DONT COME HERE!!!

I have been using the Mallard Creek CVS location for over a year and it has consistently provided the poorest customer service experiences both in person and over the phone. I understand they are very busy however the staff always seems annoyed which leads to rude interactions with the customers. Calling this location is a nightmare for both providers and customers. There have been multiple times where I have had to call them 3 - 4 times throughout the day and was on hold for 45 minutes or more each call leading me to have to go in person just to speak to the pharmacy.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. The app to refill prescriptions doesn’t always work. This means you must go into the store to request a refill or call. This last time I waited for over 1 hour. I was previously told not to hang up because you will have to just call back and get in the queue again…I was forced by insurance to fill through CVS or I would still be using Publix Pharmacy HAPPILY!
