The store manager, Donna, has absolutely no business being in the position that she is in. Management is not her forte and neither is customer service. When there is an issue with a customer, you don’t leave your cashier to handle the problem while he’s trying to take care of other customers himself. You also don’t leave your customer before the issue has been fully resolved, nor argue with your customer about what something says when it very clearly says otherwise, or deny an item being an item ordered because hues show up differently on her handheld than in real life. I was told my items were not in stock. They were. I grabbed them myself off of the shelves, although I had wanted to avoid being in public and keep whatever virus I have to myself…COVID is still a thing…Donna insisted on continuing to argue every reason under the sun why a small order such as mine couldn’t be completed. Go to another location like I ended up doing and save yourself a headache. I see why this location has such poor reviews.

Not sure where the service went with the purchase to CVS but I am constantly on the phone for over an hour to get a prescription refilled that the online info will not take. What is the problem? I have called early and late and they are not that busy. Please hire staff that cares!!!

I called to refill a prescription today at 2:59 pm and the pharmacy technician who answered my call was so so rude! When she answered I told her my full name and what I was calling about. She then asked me a second time for my name and birthday but she was so short and snappy with my on the phone. Once she got my profile pulled up she said "what do you need" with the worst most hateful attitude. I told her, then signed as if she was annoyed saying it wouldn't be ready until 5:00pm (which it totally fine because I wasn't in a rush). I said "oh ok thank you" and she just slammed the phone down. I don't know her name but she was so rude and I had never ever been treated like that by a pharmacy member before. Someone should really address the way they are allowed to treat people.

Melissa was very rude towards the beginning, when we’re speaking she immediately said “I’m sorry I don’t speak Spanish” when we were talking in english. The store was very dirty boxes everywhere I will no longer shop at any cvs stores

Staffs don't know anything about printing and appointed me to a wrong direction. I drove 20 mins for nothing, wasting my time. Please retrain your staffs.

I have been using this CVS for about 5 years now.. Everyone has always been courteous and welcoming. Of course now they suffer the same fate as every other business-lack of employees-We as consumers need to be aware and have patience.

Absolutely atrocious "automated" answer service. Constantly disconnecting, voice service doesn't work well. This much money paid to a pharmacy and terrible service. Changing all scripts to a better service.

I have been using this CVS for about 5 years now.. Everyone has always been courteous and welcoming. Of course now they suffer the same fate as every other business-lack of employees-We as consumers need to be aware and have patience.

The staff at this CVS pharmacy routinely have an unpleasant disposition. Anytime I have had a question or needed help it always seems to be bothersome and an inconvenience to them. I would recommend using another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is awful. No one has any idea what they're doing, they're unorganized and rude. They don't communicate well with the customers, even if you're standing right there. I've heard employees talk badly about phone customers when they place them on hold, and they'll even go so far as to talk about you like you can't hear them if you're there in person. They also take 3+ hours to fill a prescription. Go to Walgreens.

I have tried to make this my new CVS and everything I try to do there is not enjoyable. From the pharmacy to the main check out. Recently passport pictures took forever and they have no ability to digitally transfer. I don't mind if they are unable to do something, but they also make it awful to deal with. Find another CVS. Also, to note, I asked to speak to a manager, and I was talking to the manager. That was probably worse than speaking to a dedicated employee.

Customer service NOT SO GREAT ON THIS PARTICULAR VISIT, also initial contact a pharmacist had her biscuit sandwich at her computer and spoke while asking me about my order while eating, the other helpers where even speaking about their food as well.
